Já consegui. Tive que ir à configuração do router e alterar o servidor dns. A Vodafone bloqueia estes sites aparentemente.

DNS settings are specified in the TCP/IP Properties window for the selected network connection.

3. Select the connection for which you want to configure Google Public DNS. For example:

   • To change the settings for an Ethernet connection, right-click the Ethernet interface and select Properties.

   If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

No meu caso foi fazer isto. Poderá ser diferente de router para router.

No meu caso não funcionou para estes sites alterando nas definições do PC. Tive mesmo que ir à "fonte".
