Nem o Sheamus nem o Danielson conseguiram "vencer-se" mutuamente, até agora Sheamus venceu os dois combates tag team fazendo o pin em Robert Roode e na passada quarta-feira no CM Punk. Certamente duas belas vitórias.

 

Em relação às contratações já estavam planeadas apenas é oficializar os acordos. :mrgreen:

Joey Styles: "We are at the capital of Pro Wrestling, the mecca of this sport, nowhere else could you have this feeling of being part of this, this is New York City and we are at the Madison Square Garden and the fans couldn’t be more ready and pumped up for this show of Wednesday Night Boom only 11 days away from Best in the World, the PPV that will determine the first World Heavyweight Champion of the new era of Pro Wrestling."

 

Steve Corino: "That’s right, Joey. Tonight the crowd is ready for great matches and this atmosphere will for sure help this talent to shine in the brightest city in the world, NYC. And to start we have a great tag team match that is brewing for some weeks, Ziggler and Roode take on AJ Styles and James Storm, what is your pick Joey?".

 

Joey Styles: "I really don’t know, Steve, for me James Storm and AJ want the victory more than their opponents but Ziggler and Roode have been on a roll lately, and what about that conversation between Ziggler and Jericho? Will that affect his performance tonight?"

» Dolph Ziggler e AJ Styles começam este combate e ainda antes da campainha soar já AJ Styles voava para cima de Ziggler ao ataque, clothesline em Ziggler, irish whip contra as cordas e splash que fez os dois lutadores cairem para o exterior. AJ Styles participava pela primeira vez na sua carreira num evento no Madison Square Garden e virava-se para o público de Nova Iorque a pedir apoio, regressou ao ringue para parar a contagem e voou para fora do ringue com um suicide dive que deixou o público de pé a aplaudir, mas o domínio de AJ Styles iria durar pouco tempo já que quando Dolph foi atirado para dentro do ringue e AJ lhe segurava na cabeça para o atacar com o cotovelo, Dolph atacou-o com um dedo no olho, Ziggler virou-se e puxou AJ para o ringue, shoulderblock e AJ caiu ao tapete, Ziggler dominou o combate durante algum tempo com um abdominal stretch, mas AJ com o apoio do público livrou-se da manobra mas não conseguiu a tag pois Ziggler puxou-o para o centro do ringue.

 

» Tag de Dolph Ziggler em Robert Roode e o “It Factor” entrou forte com murros na zona abdominal de AJ que foi castigada com aquele abdominal stretch, o público e James Storm puxava por AJ Styles, AJ conseguiu livrar-se dos ataques com um repentino Pelé Kick que deixou Roode sem saber de onde veio. Tag de AJ Styles em James Storm, o Cowboy entrou no combate com velocidade, irish whip, clothesline! Facebuster! E agora o público estava de pé pois sabia o que se seguia, era o Last Call Superkick! Robert Roode está de pé! Aí vinha o Last Call! SUPERKICK! NÃO! O que vem a ser isto!? CM Punk! Joe! Danielson! Os POWER entram no ringue e varrem os quatro lutadores com os títulos!

» Os POWER pedem um microfone e Bryan Danielson tem algo a dizer enquanto que AJ, Roode, Storm e Ziggler estão caídos depois do brutal ataque comandado pelos elementos dos POWER: “This right here is the proof that we are the POWER that controls this company, the POWER that controls this industry! This tag team match is over because we said so! We don’t take sides in this equatation, we don’t care if Storm, Ziggler, Roode or AJ win, we care about us and we are here to send a message to everybody on the locker-room, you might want to fight us but you won’t survive for long. We have all that POWER, the clock is ticking and we just count the hours!” Bryan Danielson abandona o ringue seguido por CM Punk e Joe que seguram os títulos de tag team sorridentes, a mensagem é clara por parte dos POWER, eles mandam nesta companhia, mas o que terá Sting a dizer acerca disto?

 

Backstage:

 

» Vemos Alex Shelley a chegar ao balneário onde saúda Rey Mysterio, o mestre do 619 terá esta noite um combate contra o adversário da semana passada de Alex Shelley, nada mais nada menos do que o campeão Intercontinental da World Wrestling Association, KENTA! Shelley diz para Mysterio ter cuidado com o Lord Tensai porque Shelley acredita nunca ter visto uma força como ele em toda a sua carreira...

 

Singles Match

Sheamus vs. Chris Jericho

 

» Sheamus entra no ringue e saúda Chris Jericho que tem estado numa maré de derrotas ultimamente agora que a sua carreira parece estar numa maré de azar. Sheamus começa melhor mas cedo Jericho responde e envia Sheamus contra o poste do ringue, Jericho com um belly to belly suplex atira Sheamus ao tapete, mas este responde agarrando o braço de Y2J e atirando-o ao tapete de seguida. Os dois lutadores levantam-se e olham um para o outro até que se encontram no centro do ringue, Sheamus toma o controlo com um irish whip seguido de um back body drop, Jericho não desiste do combate e aplica uma clothesline atirando Sheamus ao tapete mas o irlandês não fica lá por muito tempo e levanta-se e aplica um dropkick! Uma manobra pouco vista por parte de Sheamus, Jericho está em apuros neste combate frente ao mais novo e mais rápido Sheamus e o irlandês procura finalizar este combate, agarra em Jericho... delayed vertical suplex! Bang! Que estoiro! Mas Jericho ainda não desiste, levanta-se agarrando-se às cordas, Sheamus está à espera e em cheio na cara! Brogue Kick! Arruma o combate e vitória de Sheamus!

» Vemos Bryan Danielson a preparar-se para o combate a seguir, é contra um rookie da World Wrestling Association, um tal de Seth Rollins, Danielson sorri e sente-se bastante confiante até que surge Sheamus que regressava do ringue, os dois olham olhos nos olhos, Sheamus finge atacá-lo e sorri abandonando o local, Danielson não gostou nada desta intimidação por parte de Sheamus.

» Danielson entra no ringue super confiante para este combate frente ao rookie Seth Rollins, Joey Styles diz que Rollins e Danielson se conhecem e que certamente Danielson cometerá um erro se desvalorizar o valor de Seth Rollins neste combate, vamos ver o que acontece... Danielson entra a sorrir e estica o braço a Rollins para um aperto de mão, Rollins vai para apertar e Danielson desvia e dá-lhe uma chapada na cara, Danielson ri-se mas Rollins parece não ter gostado, e respondeu com a mesma moeda. E quando Danielson avançou para o atacar Seth já tinha algo em mente e acertou no vegen com um roundhouse kick que deixou Danielson caído no tapete, seria a vitória para Rollins? Não! Danielson levanta o ombro a tempo de evitar a derrota mas o susto não acabou para Danielson já que Rollins assume o controlo do combate, irish whip contra o canto e splash! Danielson caído e Rollins continua a impressionar frente a este plateia no Madison Square Garden! Rollins com um standing moonsault! Impressionante! Cover em Danielson mas novamente sem conseguir a vitória!

 

» Mas Rollins sente que pode vencer este combate! Danielson já está de pé novamente, Rollins levanta-o para um Fireman’s Carry, o que vem aí? Facebuster! Bang! Em cheio no tapete! Seth Rollins está agora à procura do seu finisher, ao que parece Joey Styles diz que ele chama a isto o Avada Kedavra, um Superkick letal! Danielson vai-se levantando do tapete lentamente, já está de pé, vai acabar o combate se Rollins acertar o Superkick! Aí está! Não! Danielson agarrou-o! Danielson agarrou-o! LA BELLE LOCK! LA BELLE LOCK! DANIELSON COLOCA SETH ROLLINS NA SUA SUBMISSÃO LETAL! Mas Rollins não desiste! Rollins tenta puxar-se para perto das cordas, e consegue mas Danielson puxa-o para trás para o centro do ringue! Seth Rollins não quer desistir, Rollins rebola sobre Danielson para juntos das cordas mas este responde e volta a rebolar para o centro do ringue! DANIELSON NÃO LARGA ROLLINS! ESTE NÃO DESISTE! Sting, o General-Manager da World Wrestling Association entra no ringue depois de uma pausa para intervalo, cumprimenta com um aperto de mão Seth Rollins que é levado para os backstages com ajuda médica depois do grande combate com Bryan Danielson que acabou por perder. O Stinger parece ter algo a dizer: “Tonight I have something big to announce, well when the show started I had an idea and I wanted the fans here in New York City to enjoy the show as much as they could, but some guys got in the way, and I’m talking of course about CM Punk, Samoa Joe and Bryan Danielson, you three think you can run the company but I’m the one that has the real power, so because of your lack of respect for this industry and for me, I’m announcing one more match for Best in the World, Punk and Joe defend their titles against The Rising Sons: Naomichi Marufuji and Takeshi Morishima and The Hardy Boyz in a Triple Threat Match!! Now this is power! Tata for now!” Sting com um grande anúncio! Um combate tripla ameaça para o Best in the World onde o título de tag team estará em disputa! Qual será a reacção dos POWER a este anúncio?

 

Backstage:

 

» Chris Jericho com gelo na zona da face encontra-se sentado à porta do seu locker-room, quando passa Dolph Ziggler, Jericho levanta-se diz-lhe: “Kid, I saw something in you tonight, I know that the finish wasn’t the one that you intended, I know that sometimes you do things outside the rules but I know that you are changing, you might not notice that right now but you will, you can call yourself a HEEL but I know that you are much greater than that...”, Dolph Ziggler vai para responder mas acaba por não dizer nada, abandonando a zona com Vickie Guerrero ao lado. No ecrã é anunciado que na próxima semana Mickie James lutará contra Beth Phoenix enquanto Natalya enfrentará Gail Kim apenas quatro dias antes do combate Fatal 4 Way para determinar a Womens Champion da WWA.

 

Intercontinental Championship Match

KENTA Kobayashi w/ Lord Tensai vs. Rey Mysterio

 

» Altura para o nosso main-event, KENTA faz a sua segunda defesa do título, desta feita frente a Rey Mysterio e no exterior do ringue observa o combate Lord Tensai, o homem que KENTA contratou para assegurar que mantinha o título durante muito, muito tempo! E enquanto o combate começa Joey Styles e Steve Corino debatem essa estratégia, Joey diz que a ideia é bem pensada, afinal de contas os lutadores que competem na divisão de pesos de KENTA são todos inferiores a Lord Tensai mas que nunca se deve medir um homem aos palmos e que Rey Mysterio é exemplo claro disso já que é um ex-campeão mundial! KENTA em dificuldades no inicio do combate já que Rey Mysterio tomou o controlo, no canto do ringue Mysterio atira KENTA a voar para o outro lado do ringue com um monkey flip para satisfação dos fãs aqui em Nova York, no Madison Square Garden. KENTA levanta-se mas corre para Mysterio e este com um drop toe hold projecta-o ‘face first’ contra o turnbuckle, o impacto foi forte e KENTA está em apuros, dropkick de Mysterio em KENTA em busca do 619, KENTA cai em cheio na segunda corda e Mysterio começa a correr, vai ligar para San Diego mas KENTA baixa-se a tempo!

 

» KENTA Kobayashi afastou-se a tempo da corda para evitar aquele forte 619 de Mysterio mas Rey Rey tem uma alternativa em mente, sobe ao canto superior e big splash em cheio em KENTA mas este agarra-o e consegue colocá-lo aos ombros para o Go to Sleep! Vem aí o G2S de KENTA! Rey Mysterio está em apuros! G2S! Não!! Mysterio contra-ataca com uma hurrancarrana que atira KENTA a voar para o outro lado do ringue, Lord Tensai não gosta do que está a ver dentro do ringue, Rey Mysterio vai às cordas e springboard clothesline! Cover em KENTA mas o japonês levanta o ombro a tempo de evitar a derrota! KENTA Kobayashi começa a levantar-se no centro do ringue e Mysterio aguarda por ele, o que faz Lord Tensai? Atirou o título para o centro do ringue para KENTA utilizar! O título Intercontinental, mas o árbitro Mike Chioda agarra no título, mas que raio? Lord Tensai com uma cadeirada nas costas de Mysterio! Chioda não viu porque estava a atirar o título para fora do ringue! KENTA Kobayashi vai aproveitar! GO TO SLEEP! G2S! EM CHEIO EM MYSTERIO! COVER DE KENTA! COVER DE KENTA! E VITÓRIA DO LUTADOR JAPONÊS!

Na próxima semana e a apenas quatro dias do Best in the World teremos uma lenda do Pro Wrestling para entrevistar os dois lutadores que se vão enfrentar pelo título World Heavyweight, é o regresso de Roddy Pipper que entrevistará Danielson e Sheamus na próxima semana, para além disso teremos dois combates da divisão feminina, James vs. Phoenix e Kim vs. Neidhart, a não perder!

World Wrestling Association (WWA ©) has the honor to announce that the company has just signed Rowdy Roddy Piper for a legends contract for the next two years. Piper is not expected to wrestle during this period, he will be a part of next Wednesday Night Boom and will interview both the competitors of the World Heavyweight Championship Match at Best in the World: Sheamus and Bryan Danielson.

 

WWA © is very proud of this signing and hope that Piper can lead the new generation of wrestlers to up their level and reach the quality that the Rowdy always showed during his career, welcome Rowdy Roddy Piper!

Chris Jericho not signing a new deal; Undertaker and Kurt Angle are waiting for a return

 

Chris Jericho apparently won't sign another deal for World Wrestling Association, Jericho and WWA are in very good terms but the company and the wrestler feels that Jericho wants to retire by the end of his contract that expires January 2013. Altought it seems that WWA is trying to get people over by defeating Jericho every week the feel is that the company wants Jericho to sign a deal extension for at least more six months reaching July 2013, but Jericho doesn't seem interested to continue wrestling as his back is really getting to him and he may feel that his rock band well get him in fewer troubles regarding his injuries.

 

Undertaker and Kurt Angle both have signed contracts to World Wrestling Association back in January 2013 when WWA was formed with the purchase of World Wrestling Entertainment, TNA Wrestling and Ring of Honor, apparently both of them want to comeback but the company feels that they need to use more young talent and get them over before names like Angle or Undertaker can return.

 

There is no word yet if WWA plans to use any WWE or TNA pay-per-views names in the near future, the next PPV will be held a week from now at April 8, as WWA presents "Best in the World", the next two PPVs are already named and scheduled: only three weeks after "Best in the World", WWA presents "V for Vengeance" and three weeks later "All In!", it seems that the last one might be held at Las Vegas, Nevada. But nothing is confirmed yet.

Vince McMahon and family out of job due to contract stipulation; WWA looking to create the new era of FCW

 

Florida Championship Wrestling closed down at the end of 2011, since then World Wrestling Association that resulted of the merger between World Wrestling Entertainment, Ring of Honor Wrestling and TNA Wrestling; didn't seem interested in do a 'farm' of new wrestlers or at least a deal with a minor company for that objective. But today things are chaning and senior vice-president of World Wrestling Association Steve Borden (Sting) made a comment on twitter that may seem that the mood has changed: "We are looking forward to meet with former FCW staff for a meeting tomorrow morning".

 

Last night would be the night of Wrestlemania 28 but since WWE was bought World Wrestling Association ended that PPV for the time being. It might return in the near future but the schedule has yet to be announced. Talking about Wrestlemania, the creator of the PPV, Vince McMahon and his family are out of job, not that they need one, but the contracts that they signed when the company was merged was that they could not work for another wrestling organization for the next ten years, so it seems that Vince McMahon can't do much about that...

World Wrestling Association (WWA ©) has the honor to announce that six days from tonight, Monday Night RAW will return, just one day after Best in the World, don't miss the return of the biggest show in the history of Pro Wrestling and of course huge announcements will be made at next Monday Night. New superstars will be part of the roster for Monday Night RAW as also a general-manager will make his debut. This is a big step for the World Wrestling Association now with four hours of weekly TV shows, we hope that this deal will help the talent that is present on our organization to grow and help make this company even bigger in the future.

 

In other news World Wrestling Association (WWA ©) has come to terms with Matt Hardy to end his contract due to a violation of the wellness policy.

 

 

Matt Hardy released; WWA announces second weekly show to start next Monday (details inside);

 

World Wrestling Association has just released a statement about two matters: Matt Hardy has been released as apparently he violated the company wellness policy, it was Matt Hardy 'first strike' but the company didn't want to have any problem with the Hardy brothers once again and decided to release the older brother of Jeff Hardy from his contract.

 

The other huge announcement was the return of Monday Night RAW, now as part of WWA instead of WWE, the biggest weekly episodic show on cable television is back next Monday and WWA announced new superstars and a new general-manager, it appears to be a new brand for World Wrestling Association, there is no word yet if there will be a draft. But high sources tell us that World Wrestling Association will try to keep Wednesday Night Boom! as a main-focus of the weekly schedule of shows.

 

There are a lot of many circling around for making a return on Monday, but nothing is confirmed yet and WWA being the leader on the Pro Wrestling industry can bring in anyone they want, so expect BIG things to happen at Monday Night RAW's return next week, only one day after Best in the World, WWA first pay-per-view!
