First of all ,I would like to thank you about your appreciation and interest to my work. Its nice to see people to appreciate and to support my work.I have to say that these schedules are very demanding. Its difficult for an average club to afford them.I have work in Fm in many different clubs ,thats why I am so demanding and so tough in my methods and in my philosophy about football.I want to create winning sides. This is my major objective.Win ,Win ,Win .If you are able to do this ,then everything is easier.Every manager has his own philosophy and way of thinking.Mine is simple ,Tactics and Team Spirit are the key points on it.Fitness is very important ,technique or attacking solutions the same ,but I have to say this:If you are not able to win under difficult and tough circumstances you are not a big team.I dont care if the fans want for me to win the games by 4-2 or 3-1 .My objective is to win trophies and to create winning sides. As for my schedules ,I have to comment that before you use them ,you have to see the level of the team ,the quality of the players ,and to work very well in fitness the whole season. When a team uses full pressing ,or plays a balanced and almost defensive play with many direct balls ,its very important to be very good in fitness levels. If you combine my tactics ,and my training schedules ,you will understand my philosophy much better.I never buy a top player without be very determined.Players are people. They should be balanced personalities ,courageous ,dedicated to their job and so on.I spoke before about team spirit ,thats what I mean.My ideas are very close with managers like Benitez ,Mourinho and Capello.I care about my team ,not about my players just as individuals ,I want to create a team able to afford in every type of game. Its very hard ,it needs a lot of work ,but for sure this is a great challenge for me.When you use demanding schedule and tactics ,you have to do smth very important : to rate the level and the ability of the squad ...and to work based on what you are ready to do ,improving the weakness of the squad. In other words ,you should be realist and to be flexible ,adaptin your ideas and you work accordingly to the team that you work.I have say in my previous articles about flexibility and balance.I am not a wizard. When I dont win ,I am not satisfied at all .When I win I am not satisfied as well ,because I always think that my team could play better. When I win a big trophy ,I feel closer to God .What happens after ?A new season will begin. This is football ,an evolution ,a sport ,a way towards improvement. If you are not able to discover and overcome your limits ,give it up ,there are so many people who are passionate about this sport.I dont know for how many years ,I will live ,nobody of us know it ,but I am not going to be compromised ,with something less than winning.Ringrazzio con tuo supporti ,Ciao
