Pois, eu noto que se for a numa subida de 12 km por exemplo, a 75 no ponto, chego a meio mais morto que vivo, mas também se for tipo a guardar forças chego muito depois dos outros... No 15 resultava bem o ponto :mrgreen:

 

True,no 15 dava na boa. mas neste é impossível.. Aqui a movistar/astana após serem líderes,o ritmo era bem alto nas montanhas. não podia fazer nada se não ir na roda :lol: agora com outra equipa a endurecer a corrida cedo, é provavel que seja diferente e conseguisse outra abordagem.

é sempre melhor sacar uns segundos em 3-4km que não ganhar nada :mrgreen:

Pois, vou experimentar ir na roda e nos últimos 3/4 km meter o ritmo. Experimentaste com quanto? 80 ou é muito para 4km?

80 tá bom. ai aos 3 ativas o gel e dá para morrer apenas na meta :mrgreen: ou se quiseres ir mais agressivo só para sair do pelotão, podes ir 85 e desces a 80 quando o conseguires.

Bem, Volta ao Alentejo concluída e top 5 conquistado com o Vergílio Santos. Era o meu ciclista em melhor forma, consegui uma boa classificação na etapa de média montanha e depois arrisquei uma fuga para ganhar uns segunditos nas metas volantes e foi só gerir para chegar com os melhores.

In-race pace and stamina management have been made more realistic, thanks to an improved physics engine that better accounts for climbs and descents. In Career mode, you can also now adapt the schedule and intensity of your training regimen to each rider in order to grant them with performance boosts during competitions.

Players can now form clans in order to join other members of the community to organize competitions, chat and compare achievements in-game. Likewise, a revamped progression system has been introduced in Pro Cyclist mode - perform well and fulfill the objectives given by your manager to progress within your team and beyond!

As imagens dizem sempre pouco. O jogo visualmente é quase igual há uns 5 anos. Estou curioso com algumas mudanças que eles referem nesse texto. O PCM do ano passado foi o primeiro que não comprei praí desde o 2010 (nem sequer o joguei e a última vez que não experimentei um PCM foi praí em 2004, pois o primeiro que joguei foi o PCM de 2005). O feedback foi tão medíocre e como ainda andava embrenhado no 2015 nem me dei ao trabalho. Este ano gostava de ter um PCM em condições para voltar a isto.

Eles bem tentam implementar algo novo. problema é que ao fazer isso,estragam mais 3 ou 4 :lol: houve um ano que fizeram asneira e tiveram a lata de dizer que nem com patch's resolveria e só no proximo :lol:

mas quanto ás imagens,verdade. é praticamente a mesma coisa desde o 11.

Curti mais o deste ano do que o do ano passado (vá, tiram um ano a estas datas :mrgreen: ), e por acaso voltei a instalar tudo ontem :lol:

 

Para mim bastavam melhorar a parte dos ataques e ficava no ponto. O modo carreira tem coisas que facilmente vão sendo melhoradas por isso não estou preocupado.

Manage the training sessions, recovery, R&D, test new prototypes and material for your cyclists, and include youngsters in the team at the appropriate time… In order to motivate your riders, set individual goals for them. Leader, Sprinter, Domestique, etc - each cyclist now has personalized goals they’re free to pursue apart from the leader. To help you in your tasks, the menus and the planner have been improved to be more accessible and clearer, and thus more efficient when the time comes to make decisions.

You’re not the only one to establish elaborated race strategies anymore! Your opponents can seriously jeopardize your plans. This year, the Artificial Intelligence adds an extra level to its strategy. Your opponents analyze the potential of each cyclist, and make decisions based on the stage of the day, as well as on long-term goals. It’s only natural for the star teams to let a rider win a stage if he’s not dangerous in the general classification.

 

PACELINE - NEW -

Organize your team in a paceline at any time during the race in order to protect your sprinter or your leader, and place your cyclists in any order you wish to keep them in the best possible conditions when approaching an important moment. You aim for the bonuses and have identified the sprints that will make you win precious seconds? Form a paceline a few kilometers before the sprint to toughen up the race, stretch the peloton and assure you can enter the defining zone in a good position. Lastly, you’ll need to choose the preferred trajectory of your sprinter to avoid getting stuck in the last meters, and make the final push.

Paceline strategies

 

 

 

Clément Pinget, Game Designer from Cyanide Studio here. Today we’re going to tell you all about the new possibilities available to you this year in addition to the new pacelines.

 

A true mainstay of cycling strategies, pacelines are as versatile as they are useful, from forcing the tempo onto the pack to protecting your leader or sprinter, or protecting your whole team from a crosswind…

 

In a sport where fitness and stamina are essential to winning, you’ll be able to use paceline to save your riders some energy and better prepare them ahead of a climb, a sprint or any tricky area where you may be exposed. The idea behind it is that the best defense is a good offense.

 

 

 

 

How do you use it?

While racing, select the orders menu on the left of your screen to have your riders form a paceline. You may also want to give a specific ranking to each of your riders within it using the drag and drop feature in order to manage their energy consumption since. This is because the rider leading the paceline is more exposed to drag and wind, he’ll burn energy faster than his teammates behind him. It is up to you to monitor each of your riders’ fatigue level at all times.

You can use these pacelines to open up a wide range of new strategic options:

 



    •  
    • Set the pace to catch up with a breakaway or lose opponents
    • Protect your leader until the end with his lieutenants to keep him fresh for the last stretch
    • Break away from the opposition using terrain or a strong crosswind
    • Accelerate to break up the pack and let your best flat riders best the remaining riders
    • And everything else you can think of!

Lastly, you’ll want to know that you’ll be able to use these pacelines even when your team is split within different groups. Line your 3 best climbers up to help your leader win a stage while the rest of your team makes sure your sprinter isn’t left behind!

In Pro Cyclist mode, you’ll only be able to dictate this kind of strategy once you reach the Leader status in your team. Until then, you’ll have to be the best possible teammate.

sprinters até é mais ou menos fácil. problema é que podes planear tudo bem e há sempre um atrasado que fica preso e estraga o comboio :lol:

 

Na montanha era possível se tivesses uma equipa claramente melhor que as outras e um líder ao nível dos melhores. Metias um gajo a puxar na frente para rebentar o grupo mas tinhas que ter o líder protegido mais do que os restantes. Quando arrancasses os outros já não tinham pernas.

New fitness system in career mode

 

Clément Pinget from the PCM team at Cyanide Studio here. We’d like to introduce to you our brand new fitness system in Career mode including the Fitness Peak mechanic, one of our main additions in this year’s game.

 

As you prepare your riders for the season and the races ahead, and surround them with a competent staff, you’ll have to design training schedules according to your riders’ needs and personal goals as well as your own schedule and objectives for the season.

Your goal as a manager is to ensure each of your riders is fully prepared and rested to maximize his chances and fulfill his objectives. Regardless of your team’s objectives, preparation is key and having your riders reach their best shape at the right time is critical.

 

This year, we’re introducing a whole new fitness system that will help you reap the benefits of your hard work by introducing a “Fitness Peak”. This event is triggered once you reach 100 points in your rider’s Fitness Peak meter, and these points can be collected through training, participation in races or in training camps.

Once triggered, the fitness peak will allow a particular rider to enjoy performance boosts for several weeks as well as better day-to-day fitness ratings while in a race:

 


  •  
  • While the Fitness Peak is active, your rider is granted a +2 boost to its daily fitness stat
  • The Fitness Peak can even help maintain a +1 to +2 daily rating if fitness is declining

 

These day-to-day ratings, ranging from -5 to +5, now also incorporate the training program into the fitness level calculation to better reflect your choices and their influence.

Other notable additions to the fitness system include:

 


  •  
  • A new indicator for the overall fitness, now displayed in percentages
  • The ability to see how much fitness influences your riders’ overall stats
  • The ability to give a rider a week off to lower fatigue while sacrificing a little fitness
  • The ability to choose the riders starting the season at high fitness to pursue early-season objectives

Your main challenge as a manager will then be to make sure your training triggers the fitness peak at the right time. With careful planning and a clever use of all of your riders throughout the season, you’ll be able to field competitive teams in every race and improve your overall chances of success.
