Maria and Ryan O’Reilley part ways with WWE

 

In recent weeks, people have sent us a lot of emails asking for what was the point of that odd segment with Maria on Raw, where she shot herself with a T-Shirt gun. It seems that her contract us up for renewal this month, but she couldn’t come to terms with the company. It seems her wage demands were seen as absurd by the company, who were fast to end the negotiations.

We also got news that the firing message, about Ryan O’Reilley was actually a way to write him off, at least for the time being. It seems that while the WWE tried to get him to resign, he felt that he was being misused, and needed to trail a new path elsewhere. It will be curious to see where he will end up in the future.

Why is Jeff Hardy out of the Wrestlemania card?

 

Jeff Hardy returned a few weeks back, with a seemingly big push, a good feud and a hot storyline, which included the introduction of a new championship belt. But now, we look at the card for Wrestlemania, a card that includes 25 superstars competing, and Jeff Hardy isn’t one of them.

According to a few inside sources, the deal with WWE included some reserves about the possibility of Jeff keeping certain, well known, old habits. It seems that those old habits resurfaced in a wellness test, that while not being severe enough to warrant a 30 day suspension to a common superstar, in Jeff’s case might be a little different. From what we gathered, Jeff was given an ultimatum. He would have the month of March to get clean, or the suspension would be coming, and for that time his push would be frozen.
