Before criticising me just try my tactics ,my training schedules and first of all see my work.I will attach in the post one of my works in FM.Before be ironic and agressive with me ,try my work.Try and then you can say whatever you wish.I base my works in real time works ,in real time progress.I watch the work of Benitez ,Capello ,Mourinho ,Ancelotti and so on ,then I make my notes ,and then I work.Much harder than you imagine.I am not Ferguson or Wenger or whatever.I work very hard ,and I base my work in real football ,not in FM football .Before I use any tactics or tr.schedules ,I have design them accordingly to my team and in any case ,I am the only one responsible for my team.Not the media or the captain or the president.I make all my decisions and I am responsible for them.I dont try to be superior.I am what I am ,I have nothing to prove ,I have nothing to afraid.My name is Stavros Nektarios Panagakos.Very very sorry if my work is sooo poor.I have upload in this forum more than 10 tactics ,the time that some users upload at most 2-3 tactics.I upload 5-6 tactics in every post of mine.I dont care about others ,I am trying to do my job as better as possible.With or without support.Thanks for your time.Here you can download my poor ,unimportant work.Ciao Ragazzi

A bit curious... cause when i read ur posts u remember me of the kind of Mourinho, with controversy, but a very good manager. But before you say something about other people u should know their work and show some respect, in the case, for zimene.

Why managers like Mourinho ,Bianchi ,Benitez and Capello are considered controversial ?Why is a true winner controversial.If the crowd wants to see "attacking football" ,"brilliant football","magic moments" ,"great games" ,he can go to the cinema or to the theater.Its cheaper to go to a movie of Stalone ,rather to pay a ticket in San Siro.Football is game.A physical game ,a tough game ,a game not just for intelligent players.Its a game for all the people.For the talented and for not so talented.Everyone has the right to get a reusult outside there.Everyone.Even if he called ,Barcelona or Chelsea ,or Fgueirense or Milan or Perugia.I dont play FM for fun ,I play for win.I dont play FM ,for having a good time ,I play this game ,because I want to win in this game.When I want to have fun ,I go to the beach ,I play with my pets ,I say jokes with my friends.There are numerous ways for making fun.What do you mean by saying attacking side ?There are sides who win all the time ,and teams who have not win nothing.There are not big an small budgets.There are teams who won and other who not.What does it mean this club or the other plays more defensive or conservative ?The only that I know is that when a club wins Champions League ,even or penalties or in extra time ,the funs of the club are getting mad from their hapiness.So ,I am asking you.If the fan of Milan win a Champions league in the last minute ,what they should do ?To not celebrate because they won the trophy in the last minute ?Just tell me how many Champions League have won Cruyf and Ferguson.Just 1.They had the opportunity to win many domestic and international trophies ,but they prefered to play "attacking football" ,oh yes ,I forgot it...Ancelloti who has won all the international trophies ,and Lippi who won the last wold Cup should be very stupid.Ah...dont forget Spalletti.Without quality transfers the last 3 years ,he maintains Roma in the top 3 .Spalletti started his managerial carreer in Serie C2.Ancelotti ,Lippi ,Ranieri and so on the same.Why it should be a crazy to pays for all ?Why should the winning managers carry all the time a "tag" ?And then ,it follows ironic comments ,embarassing comments ,and at the end ...Congratulations Rafa ,you are great ,you won Inter ,this great club without some of your best players.Some days ago ,Rafa ,was useless ,was an idiot and was a failure.Ancelotti last year ,has a stupid old man who was a client of Berlusconi.At the end ?Champions League 2007 winners.The 95 % of italian Seria A coaches ,have start their carreers in Serie C2 ,or C1 or in the youth teams of some Serie C2 clubs.They didnt had the benefit ,to begin their carreer in Benfica ,Feyenoord ,or Olympiakos.The managers are not wizards ,nor magicians.They are some people who work very hard ,and who have the mental strength to afford and to overcome many difficult situtations.When Spalletti hired in Roma ,all the people had the impression that he hired because Rosella Sensi ,the vice-president of Roma ,was his girlfriend.Actually Spalletti is married ,and Rosella Sensi had another preferation for the position of Spalletti.Her preferation was Prandelli or Del Neri ,but both of them ,failed to create smth good in Roma.Spalletti was hired in Roma ,with 1 year delay and he proved ,that he has the "nuts" for driving Roma to the top3 ,without any major assistance(transfers ,fixed games ,big budgets) .Ciao a tutti .Grazie .

I have try many many different schedules ,not just Zimene's .I have tried all the versions of Zimene.In any case ,I have develop my schedules and my tactics.I am focused on my job.I am focused on my work in FM.I have no intention to "copy" the work of others and then to present it as mine.I develop my own philosophy and my own ideas.It doesnt mean that because I have try Zimene's schedules but they are not the best.I have my own way of thinking ,I have my own philosophy.

But ok! That's your point of view... I suport who try create shedules and tactics and when i test a tactics from some1, i always change smthing.

To end, i think that a manager has to recognise his mistakes and try use them in our benefits, try to learn with them. And a manager has to be humble and modest.

You have a good training schedules, but are also not perfect! For example do not have training schedules for the junior.

Of course we are proud of your work!

 

But don't forget one thing: this is a game. Is meant to be played like a game and not like the reality life. Zimene, I and many other members create some great schedules that maybe cannot work in the real football, but do the job in FM'08. So yours!

 

Your explanations prove that you know what you are doing. And that is the most important thing. Please continue sharing your schedules, tactics and your point os view of Football Manager/reality life football.

Mas não te esqueças de uma coisa: É suposto levar isto como um jogo e não como se de futebol real se tratasse. O Zimene, eu e muitos outros membros criamos treinos que podem não funcionar na vida real, mas servem para o efeito no FM'08. Tal como os teus!

 

As tuas explicações provam que sabes o que estás a fazer. O que é muito importante. Por favor, continua a partilhar as tuas tácticas, treinos e os teus pontos de vista sobre o FM/Futebol na vida real.

Pelo que li ele quer-se mostrar um jogador de FM diferente de nós. Ele joga como se isto fosse uma profissão. Para ele o que os verdadeiros treinadores fazem automaticamente resulta no FM. O que nem sempre é verdade. Isto é um jogo .

 

De qualquer forma, sempre é melhor escreverem posts em inglês, com alguma informação decente, do que virem para aqui pedir tácticas para o Benfica, Sporting e afins, e ainda por cima abrirem threads novas para isso. Coisas que em nada enriquecem a qualidade do CMPT.
