Trinta equipas, duas rondas, sessenta escolhas. O sonho de qualquer jovem jogador de basket é chegar à NBA e o Draft é um momento em que é feita história. Surgem heróis improváveis, desilusões tremendas, escolhas inesperadas, trocas desesperadas, um pouco de tudo.

 

O palco deste ano vai ser o Barclays Center em Brooklyn ou o Madison Square Garden em New York.

Traded 1st Round Picks:

 

- Unless the pick falls in the 1-5 range, New Orleans owes its first round pick to Philadelphia as part of a trade that sent Jrue Holiday to New Orleans.

- Unless the pick falls in the 1-8 range, Detroit owes its pick to Charlotte as part of a trade that sent Ben Gordon to Charlotte.

- Denver has the rights to the better pick between its own and that of New York as part of the trade that sent Carmelo Anthony to the Knicks. Orlando has the rights to the lesser of the two picks as part of the trade that sent Dwight Howard to the Lakers and Andre Iguodala to the Nuggets.

- Chicago receives Sacramento's pick if it falls outside of picks 1-12. The pick was originally traded in a deal that sent JJ Hickson from Cleveland to Sacramento; Cleveland would later trade the conditional rights to the pick to Chicago as part of a trade for Luol Deng.

- Phoenix receives Minnesota's pick if it falls outside picks 1-13. Phoenix received the conditional rights to the pick as part of a trade that sent Wesley Johnson to Phoenix.

- Chicago receives Charlotte's pick if it falls outside of picks 1-10. Chicago received conditional rights to the pick as part of a 2010 trade that sent Tyrus Thomas to Charlotte.

- Atlanta receives the better pick between its own and that of Brooklyn as part of a trade that sent Joe Johnson to the Nets. Boston receives the lesser of those two picks as part of the trade that sent Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, and Jason Terry to the Nets.

- Phoenix receives Washington's pick if it falls outside of picks 1-12. Phoenix received conditional rights to the pick as part of a trade that sent Marcin Gortat to Washington.

- Oklahoma City receives a top-20 protected pick from Dallas. Dallas had originally traded the pick to the Lakers for Lamar Odom; the Lakers would trade the pick to Houston, who in turn traded the pick to Oklahoma City as part of the trade for James Harden.

- Utah receives Golden State's pick as part of a 2013 trade that sent expiring contracts to Utah; the trade created cap space Golden State state used to sign Andre Iguodala.

- Charlotte receives Portland's top-12 protected pick as part of a trade that sent Gerald Wallace to Portland.

- Phoenix receives Indiana's top-14 protected pick as part of a trade that sent Luis Scola to the Pacers.
