Se forem criados especificamente para o Mobile, julgo que sim. Mas olha que nunca ouvi falar desse update e pesquisando no Google só encontro esse nome para a versão PC.

Football Manager Mobile 2024 will be out on the 6th of November and exclusive to Netflix

What this means is you will need a Netflix subscription in order to play the game. The game will still be available on AppStore and Google Play but you will have to sign into the game using your Netflix account.

Subscriptions to Netflix start at £4.99 (might vary in other countries) and you must have a paid Netflix subscription to play the game whether you download it from Netflix, AppStore or Google Play.

Esse é exclusivo PC e de momento não tenho conhecimento de nenhum para Mobile.
