Vic Joseph: Good evening everyone, and welcome to Monday Night Raw. We are live from the Denny Sanford Premier Center, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I’m joined by my broadcast colleagues Byron Saxton and Booker T. Gentleman, tell us what we have planned for tonight. 

Byron Saxton: We have some great matches planned for tonight, including a title match. The Kabuki Warriors are on Raw to defend the WWE Women’s Tag Team titles  against the IIconics. And on the road to No Way Out, Ali and Roderick Strong will fight for a spot at the Elimination Chamber Intercontinental Championship Match. 

Booker T: On the main event, Drew McIntyre will face AJ Styles, and if he wins, he will join AJ and Samoa Joe at No Way Out on a Triple Threat for the WWE title. For now, we will start with a tag team match between the team of Daniel Bryan and Drew Gulak against Cesaro and Kassius Ohno. 

 

Daniel Bryan & Drew Gulak vs Cesaro & Kassius Ohno 

vs

Daniel Bryan começa o combate com Kassius Ohno, e estes mostram as suas enormes habilidades dentro do ringue. Eventualmente já com Drew Gulak em ringue, Ohno e Cesaro mostram a sua grande química como equipa e dominam o combate durante um largo período de tempo. Os dois aplicam várias manobras de equipa e por várias vezes tentam o pin, mas Gulak mostra grande resiliência e vai se safando. Gulak consegue passado um pouco reverter um Canadian ripcord slam para um DDT e ganha assim algum tempo que lhe permite chegar ao tag com Daniel Bryan. Bryan entra no ringue com tudo e fica ele no controlo do combate, mas Nakamura e Sheamus tratam de tentar resolver isso, e quando Bryan usa as cordas para ganhar balanço, Sheamus puxa a corda para baixo, o que faz com que Bryan caia para fora do ringue. O problema é que o árbitro se apercebeu disto, e resolve expulsar Sheamus e Nakamura do ringside. O combate segue durante alguns minutos novamente com Cesaro e Ohno no controlo, desta vez sobre Daniel Bryan. Mas Bryan consegue também ir se safando de todos os pins, e eventualmente escapa do canto dos rivais e chega ao tag com Gulak. Gulak entra com grande ímpeto, acertando logo uma grande Lariat em Ohno. Gulak tenta manter o ritmo no ataque, mas quando empurra Ohno contra as cordas, Cesaro faz o tag sem que Gulak se aperceba, Gulak tenta aplicar um belly to back suplex em Ohno, mas Cesaro aproxima se e surpreende-o, e com Ohno aplicam o KRS One. Ohno controla o ringue para impedir que Bryan entre para quebrar o pin de Cesaro, 1,2…3 vitória para Cesaro e Ohno.  

 

Terminado o combate, Cesaro e Ohno não estão totalmente satisfeitos, e enquanto Bryan verifica como está Gulak, decidem atacá-lo pelas costas. Após vários socos, Cesaro começa a meter Bryan a rodopiar para o helicopter crash mas... 

Theme do Ricochet 

Ricochet aparece na rampa e Cesaro larga Bryan, mas fica no ringue a rir-se com Ohno e a perguntar a Ricochet se ele sabe fazer as contas e ver que está sozinho contra dois, mas Ricochet tem um plano... 

Theme do Sami Zayn 

Sami junta-se a Ricochet, e Cesaro e Ohno parecem agora preocupados. Sami e Ricochet correm virados ao ringue e começa a pancada. Os bons da fita estão a levar a melhor, mas isso dura pouco tempo já que Sheamus e Nakamura voltam a correr para o ringue e ajudam Cesaro e Ohno. Sendo 4 vs 2, não dão hipótese a Ricochet e Sami. Os quatro posam vitoriosos no ringue, e mostram que são um grupo a ter em conta. 

 

Passamos ao backstage onde vemos os Street Profits e os American Alpha num modo bem disposto. 

Montez: When we battled the Usos, they were the better team, there’s no shame on that. But at No Way Out I know, I KNOW, that you will get those titles. 

Dawkins: And after that, we’re coming for you guys. 

Jordan: We will win those titles, but when you come for them, you won’t take them away from us. 

Gable: We’ve waited many years to have an opportunity for those titles, so at No Way Out, we’ll show the Usos that we are still the best team in WWE. 

Aparece Drew McIntyre. 

Montez: And here is the man himself. Fam, the way you beated Anderson and Gallows last week was amazing. 

Drew: Thanks, but the job isn’t done yet, I still have to beat AJ tonight. 

Gable: You will, man. And at No Way Out you’ll get your title back, just like we will. And after that we can all celebrate. 

Os cinco continuam em amena cavaqueira, mas voltamos ao ringue para mais um combate. 

 

Theme do EC3 

EC3: I just want to know why the hell do I have to waste my time fighting a nobody like Mike Bennett. I should be on a qualifying match for the Elimination Chamber at No Way Out, and after I destroy this loser, our GM has to give me the match that I want. 

Mike Bennett vs EC3 

vs

Este combate é praticamente de sentido único, a favor de EC3, que ataca Mike violentamente com várias manobras de força como o deadlift vertical suplex e o sit-out powerbomb. Mike tenta apenas esboçar uma reação quando consegue acertar um dropkick, e depois tenta ir para um belly to back suplex, mas EC3 é mais forte e consegue reverter para ser ele a aplicar a manobra. É nesta altura em que momentaneamente as luzes vão abaixo e vemos o glitch do famoso hacker no ecrã, mas rapidamente as luzes voltam e o combate segue normalmente, com EC3 a aplicar o TK3 e a vencer assim o combate.  

 

Intervalo 

 

Rey Mysterio vs Riddick Moss 

vs

Aqui temos também um combate rápido. Moss comete o erro de subestimar Rey devido ao seu tamanho, mas rapidamente é surpreendido pela agilidade e velocidade de Rey, este usa golpes como o dropkick e o enziguri para derrubar Moss. Eventualmente Moss consegue apanhar um desses pontapés e coloca Rey nos seus ombros para aplicar o Electric chair facebuster, mas Rey reverte para um Frankensteiner. Rey fecha o combate depois de um hurricanrana que atira Moss para as cordas, aplica o 619 e o west coast pop, 1,2,3 vitória para Rey Mysterio.  

 

Passamos ao backstage com Charly Caruso a “perseguir” Mike Bennett. 

Charly: Mike, I’m sorry to bother you, but a few weeks ago we talked and you told me about how determined you were to get your career back on track, but things aren’t going on a good direction for you. How will you turn this around? 

Mike: I don’t know, Charly. I still can’t focus on what I’m doing here. There are too many doubts and unanswered questions in my mind. I really don’t know what to do. 

 

Chad Gable vs Jimmy Uso 

vs

Aqui temos um combate mais equilibrado. Ambos têm os seus companheiros de tag team no ringside, mas nenhum deles tenta interferir. Chad e Jimmy demonstram uma boa química no ringue, e durante cerca de 12 minutos têm um bom combate, com muita ofensiva de parte a parte e tentativas de pin. O final chega quando Jimmy acerta um superkick em Gable, sobe ao canto superior, mas as luzes voltam a falhar, e quando voltam Gable já está de pé, salta rapidamente para a corda superior e consegue um grande superplex. Gable também sai um pouco magoado da manobra, mas levanta se, e sobe ele agora ao canto superior… diving moonsault. 1,2…3 vitória para Chad Gable.  

Jordan junta se a Gable para celebrar no ringue, enquanto que Jey está irritadíssimo com a falha das luzes. Jey acaba também por entrar no ringue para ajudar o seu irmão, e num gesto de desportivismo, os American Alpha ajudam também Jimmy a levantar-se. Mas Jimmy não quer a ajuda deles e empurra Jordan, Jey tenta acalmar o seu irmão, ou pelo menos assim parece, pois de repente os Usos acertam um double superkick nos American Alpha, e levantam os seus títulos para mostrar quem são os campeões.

The IIconics vs The Kabuki Warriors © - WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Match

Billie começa o combate com Kairi Sane. O combate começa com equilíbrio, mas eventualmente as campeãs conseguem assumir o controlo, e isolam Billie no canto enquanto fazem tags constantes e a desgastam. As campeãs usam também algumas táticas pouco éticas, como puxar o cabelo a Billie Kay quando o árbitro não está a olhar, o que vai enfurecendo Peyton. Tudo muda quando finalmente Billie consegue fazer o tag e Peyton entra no combate, e ataca Kairi mas também Asuka com muita agressividade, fazendo-a cair da apron. Ela segue o ataque a Kairi Sane e consegue um death valley driver, 1,2… Kairi safa-se. O combate segue com Peyton a controlar, até que aparece Shayna Baszler, a caminhar lentamente pela rampa abaixo. Isto distrai Peyton e permite a Kairi chegar ao tag com Asuka. Esta entra no ringue e tenta logo prender o Asuka lock, mas Peyton consegue agarrar-se às cordas e Asuka é obrigada a largar a manobra. Peyton rebola para fora do ringue e fica junto a Billie Kay a tentar recuperar, mas Shayna aproxima-se delas o que gera alguma tensão, com o árbitro a ter que as avisar. Mas de repente, Asuka e Kairi deslizam do ringue e aplicam um double baseball slide nas IIconics, e metem Peyton de volta para o ringue, onde Asuka segue no controlo. Asuka tenta acabar várias vezes com o combate mas Peyton continua a resistir. Asuka encosta Peyton ao seu canto, e juntamente com Kairi castigam-na, com o árbitro a ter que avisar Kairi para parar, mas isto apenas serviu para o árbitro ficar distraído com elas, o que permite a Shayna atacar Billie Kay sem que ele se aperceba. Shayna aplica um back suplex contra a barricade, e Billie fica arrumada do combate. Mas entretanto Peyton consegue com várias cotoveladas livrar-se das Kabuki Warriors, mas quando chega ao seu canto... Billie não está lá para fazer o tag. Peyton começa a discutir com Shayna, a perguntar-lhe o que fez, Peyton está muito preocupada com a sua amiga. Mas isto permite a Asuka voltar a aproximar-se por trás, e prende o Asuka lock em Peyton. Peyton está muito desgastada, e apesar de tentar resistir, acaba por não ter hipótese e tem que desistir. As Kabuki Warriors mantêm os seus títulos. 

Depois do combate, as Kabuki Warriors celebram, enquanto Shayna sobe ao ringue e fica frente a frente com as campeãs. Elas estão cansadas mas muito convencidas, já que estão 2 para 1. Mas de repente Ronda aparece por trás delas e dá com o seu título na cabeça de Asuka, e Shayna ataca Kairi Sane. Ambas prendem as suas submissões nas Kabuki Warriors, e conseguem dominá-las. Ronda e Shayna parecem não querer deixar dúvidas sobre quem manda na divisão feminina do Raw.

 

Voltamos ao backstage, onde vemos a Undisputed Era. 

Cole: Last week I qualified for the Elimination Chamber, and tonight it’s your turn Roddy. 

Fish: With both of you on that match, we can already schedule No Way Out as the day when we get our first title on Raw. 

O’Reilly: Roddy, you got this? 

Strong: Yes, man. Ali won’t know what hit him. 

Roderick Strong segue para o ringue para o seu combate. 

 

Ali vs Roderick Strong – qualifying match for the Elimination Chamber Intercontinental Championship Match 

vs

Antes de o combate começar, toca a música do Intercontinental Champion Kevin Owens, que se junta à mesa dos comentadores, e diz lhes que quer ver os seus adversários de perto. Aqui temos um combate com dois estilos diferentes, e acaba por ser mais um bom combate e equilibrado, que dura cerca de 15 minutos. Durante o combate há algumas tentativas de pin, e os períodos de domínio são repartidos entre Strong e Ali. Ali consegue algumas manobras como o middle rope rolling thunder facebuster e o running hurricanrana, ao ponto que Strong aplica todo o tipo de backbreakers, o que vai causando um grande desgaste nas costas de Ali ao longo do combate. Eventualmente Strong está a controlar o combate, mas Ali consegue contra atacar com o pop-up dropkick. Ali vê aqui uma hipótese de acabar com o combate, e vai subindo ao canto superior, mas as dores nas costas atrasam no um pouco, isto permite que Strong tenha tempo de se levantar, corre virado a Ali e acerta um jumping high knee, o que faz com que Ali caia do topo das cordas para o ringside, de forma muito aparatosa, já que ainda bateu nos degraus de aço. Ali não dá sinais de que se vai levantar, e o árbitro começa a contagem, 1….2….3…..4….5 Ali começa a mostrar alguma reação, 6….7 Ali rasteja e consegue se agarrar à corda inferior, e tenta agora conseguir subir para o ringue. 8….9….  No último momento possível Ali consegue reentrar no ringue, mas em muito mau estado. Strong não perde tempo, agarra em Ali…e aplica o end of heartache. 1,2…3 Strong vai ao No Way Out, e junta se assim a Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn e Adam Cole.  

 

Quando acaba o combate, Owens levanta-se da mesa de comentários. Strong está no ringue a mandar vir com ele, dizendo-lhe que lhe vai tirar o título, mas Owens vai-se rindo e aplaudindo a vitória de Strong... RKO OUTTA NOWHERE. Randy Orton aparece do nada e aplica o RKO no campeão. Orton agarra no título e sobe ao ringue, fica frente a frente com Roderick e entrega-lhe o título. Roderick parece estar muito confuso com o que está a acontecer, mas lá pega no título, mas assim que o faz... RKO. Orton afinal não está ali para fazer amigos, ele pega no título e levanta-o acima da sua cabeça. De repente o resto da Undisputed Era aparece a correr rampa abaixo, mas Orton sai logo do ringue e escapa pelo meio da crowd. 

 

Passamos ao escritório do General Manager Paul Wight, onde este está com Shane McMahon. 

Shane: I told you that I would keep a close look over your decisions. So for the Elimination Chamber at No Way Out you already have four spots filled with Sami Zayn, Adam Cole, Roderick Strong and the champion himself, Kevin Owens. How do you plan to find the next two competitors for that match? 

Paul: Next week we will have the last qualifying matches. The first one will be Rusev vs Apollo Crews, those two have a long history and I think they can have a good match. The other match will be EC3 vs Rey Mysterio, both of them won their matches tonight and were very impressive. EC3 is on a rising path and Rey is a legend, so it makes sense they have this opportunity. 

Shane: Paul Paul Paul... what you have on size, you lack on intelligence. Don’t you watch your own show? Randy Orton, a 13-time world champion, just letted the world know that he wants the Intercontinental title, how can you not put him on the match? As always, I have to make the smart decision. I could just put Randy on the Elimination Chamber match, but I don’t want to be accused of favouritism, so I’ll add Randy to one of those matches you said, and that way he can earn his spot at No Way Out. So next week, it will be Rusev vs Apollo Crews, and a triple threat between EC3, Rey Mysterio and Randy Orton. 

Shane vai para sair do escritório, mas volta atrás. 

Shane: Oh and by the way, I didn’t forgot about that Brock Lesnar situation. You have until the end of the month to sign him back, or you will be fired. 

 

Vic Joseph: And it is time for our main event. Drew needs to win to fight for the WWE title at No Way Out. 

Drew McIntyre vs AJ Styles 

vs

AJ vem acompanhado por Gallows e Anderson, e eles estão determinados a não deixar Drew ganhar. Dessa forma, durante o combate vemos várias tentativas de interferência por parte deles, sempre que Drew está por cima do combate. Com 15 minutos de combate, AJ lança-se para o Phenomenal Forearm, mas de forma incrível Drew consegue contra atacar com um Claymore Kick no ar. 1,2… Gallows mete o pé de AJ na corda, mas o árbitro viu e fica irritadíssimo, e decide expulsá los do ringside. Relutantemente eles abandonam a área, e o combate segue. Drew tem agora um período de domínio, já que não há ninguém no ringside para interferir, mas sempre que tenta o pin, AJ consegue safar-se. O combate segue durante mais 7 minutos, e eventualmente AJ consegue equilibrar o combate, até que estão os dois no meio do ringue a trocar golpes, AJ acerta um pele kick que deixa Drew atordoado mas não vai ao chão, acaba por ir contra as cordas e na volta acerta um big boot. Ficam os dois no chão, e momentos depois acabam ambos por se levantar com um kip up, AJ corre logo na direção de Drew, mas este apanha-o é coloca-o em posição para um powerbomb. AJ resiste a todo o custo para não sofrer a manobra, e acaba por conseguir safar se com um hurricanrana que atira Drew para cima do árbitro, fazendo-o embater contra a turnbuckle. O árbitro acaba por cair para fora do ringue, e AJ aproveita isto, aproxima se de Drew e acerta um low blow. Drew fica estendido no chão, e neste momento Gallows e Anderson correm rampa abaixo, entram no ringue, e juntamente com AJ espancam Drew. Os Good Brothers aplicam o magic killer, e vemos agora Shane McMahon a correr até ao ringue. Shane entra no ringue, tira o casaco e tem uma camisola de árbitro, ele manda Gallows e Anderson saírem do ringue para continuar o combate. AJ vai para o pin e Shane conta, 1,2… Drew mete o pé na corda… 3. Shane fez a contagem na mesma e AJ é o vencedor. Drew McIntyre não vai ao No Way Out.  

Michael Cole e Byron Saxton não gostam do que aconteceu, enquanto que Booker T defende Shane por não ter muita experiência como árbitro. Passa a repetição dos segundos finais e vê-se claramente que Shane viu o pé de Drew na corda, mas continuou a contagem na mesma.

Gostei muito do show, muito fluido e facil de ler. A cena entre o Shane e o Big Show estão demais.

Só tive pena que os resultados dos combates tenham todos sido previsiveis. Ganharam os que se esperavam.

O Orton com o IC title seria engraçado. Será? Ou só vai lá para dar mais renome ao combate?

A cena da Ronda e da Shayna esteve fixe. Elas as duas têm muito potencial. Mas e.... a Ronda não tem nenhuma candidata ao seu gold?

Pobre Bennett! Justiça para ele! E justiça para o Ali. Tb anda a jobbar há tempo demais. Se calhar o @Ruas dar-lhe-ia melhor uso no NXT.

Para que foi esse combate do Rey contra o Riddick? para encher as tres horas? XD

Por acaso uma tag entre DB e Sami Zayn, aí ou irl, seria demais. Dois outspoken, vegans, alternativos, seria muito fixe.

Eu concordo com o Ilidio, curti muito do show, leitura fácil, feuds a avançar, muito bom.

Se vocês têm inveja da minha divisão feminina eu tenho inveja da divisão de tag team do KO PF. Usos, Street Profits, American Alpha, Kings of Wreslting e possivelmente Owens e Sami? Too good.

Muito bom o segmento do Orton, consegui mesmo imagina-lo na minha cabeça.

Concordo exceto em relação ao Drew vs AJ, acho que o esperado era a vitória do Drew. Em relação aos outros, pronto eram previsíveis mas acho que são as melhores decisões tendo em conta o que quero avançar. O Roderick na Chamber será importante.

Decidi incluir a Ronda e a Shayna aqui porque todos sabíamos qual ia ser o resultado desta feud. Kabukis vs Iiconics não seria relembrado, assim pelo menos ficaram as sementes para uma possível futura feud. 

Em relação a ela não ter nenhuma candidata, é propositado. Ela recusou se a defender o título no No Way Out e o Shane disse Ámen. Mas no próximo show haverá um segmento a abordar esse assunto, agora que já passou esta feud pelos tag titles, vou voltar a concentrar no título da Ronda. 

Mas com este envolvimento, a Ronda até já tem aparecido mais do que tinha planeado.

Que combatezão que me foste lembrar. No NXT já havia alguns teases ao longo dos últimos meses para uma possível separação, aqui nunca houve, mas está um título de grande prestígio em jogo, vamos ver o que acontece.

O Director Geral do SmackDown realizou hoje uma conferência de imprensa para apresentar o STOMPING GROUNDS, o primeiro pay-per-view do SmackDown composto inteiramente de combates da divisão feminina. Neste evento que Wrestling.pt acompanhou em exclusivo para Portugal, o antigo campeão mundial e medalha de ouro olímpico apresentou o card deste pay-per-view que se realiza sábado, em Portland, no Estado Americano de Oregon. O card ainda não está totalmente definido mas a esta altura já se sabe que os seguintes combates estão marcados:

◉ Confirmadíssimo está o combate pelo título feminino do SmackDown, em que a campeã Sasha Banks defende o seu título num triple treat match contra a anterior campeã Nattie Hart e a Hall of Famer Beth Phoenix. 

◉ O Director Geral Kurt Angle também confirmou hoje que as quatro equipas (KickStarters, Blonde Bombshells, Jessamyne & Marina e SmackDivas) já eliminadas do SmackDown presents: The Women's Tag Team World Cup se irão defrontar num Tables elimination match. Mas este não será um tables match qualquer. A equipa vencedora será a nova number one contender pelos títulos de equipas. E sendo um elimination match, tal significa que cada competidora que for atravessada por uma mesa será eliminada e assim sucessivamente até restar apenas uma que levará a vitória para a sua equipa.

◉ Nikki Cross e Alexa Bliss, que passaram de melhores amigas e a maiores inimigas, irão acertar contas num combate no disqualification.

◉ Os títulos femininos de equipas vão estar em defesa, mas ainda falta definir quem vai defrontar as campeãs de equipas, Kabuki Warriors, se as VIP se as LLC  que têm embate marcado para esta sexta-feira no SmackDown.

◉ Por último, Kurt Angle anunciou um ladder match para determinar a nova number one contender pelo SmackDown Women's Championship, que ao momento ainda está envolto em mistério, já que apenas se revelou que envolverá 6 mulheres, sem se ter anunciado as  identidades, de todas as participantes. Apenas se sabe que Tay Conti, Sonya Deville, Ember Moon e Tamina, serão 4 das 6 participantes, restando saber quem serão as restantes duas participantes.

 

Ademais de anunciar o card para o pay-per-view de sábado, o Director Geral acabou por fazer alguns anúncios que concernem o programa semanal desta sexta-feira. Para preparar alguns dos combates do fim de semana, anunciou precisamente um combate entre Tamina e Ember Moon, regressadas de lesão, e Tay Conti e Sonya Deville. Também as SmackDivas e as KickStarters se juntarão para enfrentar uma equipa constituída pelas Blonde Bombshells, Jessamyne Duke e Marina Shafir. Ademais várias antigas glórias da divisão feminina serão convidadas para moderar a assinatura do contrato pelo SmackDown Women's Championship, o que permitirá aos fãs rever caras queridas como as Bellas, Madusa, Lita ou Trish Stratus.

Nigel McGuiness - Yes Mauro but first we will find out who will face the winner of that Best of 7 Series, will it be Tessa Blanchard or Mercedes Martinez?

Tessa Blanchard vs Mercedes Martinez
As duas cumprimentam-se num sinal de respeito assim que o combate começa. As duas fazem um teste de força no meio do ringue mas nenhuma consegue vencer. Mercedes desafia Tessa a ir até as cordas para esta lhe acertar com um Shoulder Tackle mas Mercedes não parece afectada. Tessa desafia Mercedes a fazer o mesmo mas o resultado é o mesmo, Tessa não se mexe. Voltam a repetir a mesma sequência mas desta vez com Clotheslines sem nenhuma conseguir vantagem até que vão as duas às cordas em simultâneo e acertam ao mesmo tempo com uma Clothesline fazendo com que as duas caiam no meio do ringue.
Tessa levanta-se primeiro e tenta um Vertical Suplex mas Mercedes consegue bloquear a manobra e acerta ela com o Three Amigas. Mercedes tem agora o domínio sobre Tessa e vai tentando mante-la no chão com várias submissões.
Mercedes vai dominando Tessa durante alguns minutos e tenta um Bear Hug mas Tessa consegue levantar-se com Mercedes nas suas costas e vai contra o canto obrigando Mercedes a libertar a manobra. Tessa passa agora ao ataque e não dá tempo para Mercedes respirar. Acerta-lhe com um Running Knee Strike e de seguida com um Jumping Cutter mas Mercedes safa-se do pinfall na contagem de 2. Tessa levanta Mercedes mas esta contra ataca rapidamente com o Three Amigas mas só consegue acertar com um Suplex já que Tessa consegue bloquear o segundo e acerta ela com um Neckbreaker.
Tessa não pára e acerta com um Slingshot Belly-to-Back Suplex, levanta Mercedes e acerta com o Buzzsaw. Mas em vez de tentar o cover Tessa levanta Mercedes e diz-lhe "sorry but this is my time". Acerta mais uma vez com o Buzzsaw! 1 2 3!! Tessa Blanchard vence Mercedes Martinez e será a próxima a lutar pelo NXT Womens Championship.

No fim do combate Tessa ajuda Mercedes a levantar-se e as duas abraçam-se no meio do ringue numa demonstração de respeito.

O combate é entre Bate e Andrade mas as coisas aquecem rapidamente fora do ringue com Pete Dunne e Trent Seven a atacarem Angel Garza. Zelina sobe até ao apron do ringue e consegue acertar com um Hurricanrrana em Dunne que o atira contra os degraus do ringue. Trent apercebe-se disto e vai atrás de Zelina que corre à volta do ringue para fugir de Seven até que Andrade sai do ringue para proteger Zelina e ataca Trent Seven. Andrade pergunta a Zelina se ela está bem e pede-lhe para ela sair dali enquanto o combate decorre mas Tyler Bate aproveita e acerta com um Suicide Dive que atira Andrade contra a barreira do público.
Tyler põe Andrade rapidamente dentro do ringue e tenta um Somersault Senton mas Andrade levanta os joelhos e tem agora o controlo sobre Tyler Bate. Andrade coloca Bate no canto e acerta com o Double Knees, de seguida coloca-o em posição para o La Sombra mas de repente ouve os gritos de Zelina Vega fora do ringue. Pete Dunne está a agarrar Zelina pelos cabelos e Andrade fica visivelmente preocupado e acaba por se desintressar por Bate. Garza consegue levantar-se entretanto e vai ajudar Zelina Vega mas quando Andrade volta ao ringue Trent Seven acerta-lhe com uma cadeira. O arbitro estava distraido com o que se estava a passar fora do ringue e não viu a intreferência de Seven.
Tyler Bate consegue aproveitar e acerta com o Tyler Driver 97'!! 1 2 3!! Tyler Bate vence Andrade com a ajuda dos seus companheiros e com muita batota por trás. Terão os British Strong Style obrigado Andrade e Garza a pôr os títulos em jogo? Depois de terem posto as mãos em Zelina de certeza que esta rivalidade não vai ficar por aqui.

Passamos até ao backstage onde vemos Tessa Blanchard e Io Shirai.

Dominik Dijakovic vs Karrion Kross
Combate sem grande história muito por culpa das lesões que Dijakovic apresentou durante o combate devido ao ataque da semana passada de Karrion Kross.
Dijakovic até começa bem o combate acertando com um Forearm e com um Big Boot em Karrion Kross mas este nem se mexe e apenas sorri para Dijakovic. Dijakovic tenta uma Clothesline mas Kross desvia-se e acerta com o Domsday Saito 3 vezes em Dijakovic sendo que nesta última Dijakovic bate com o pescoço no canto do ringue. Com Dominik no chão Karrion Kross consegue aplicar o Kross Jacket até Dijakovic desmaiar e vence assim o combate.

No final Karrion Kross agarra no braço de Dijakovic e arrasta-o para fora do ringue e rampa acima levando-o com ele para o backstage com Scarlett a segui-los enquanto vai sorrindo para a camera.

Voltamos ao backstage desta vez aos balneários onde está Keith Lee e vemos Finn Balor a aproximar-se.

Finn Balor fica visivelmente chateado e parece que vai responder mas ataca Keith Lee com um soco. Keith Lee não fica de todo afetado, sorri para Finn Balor e acerta-lhe com a dupla chapada no peito que manda Finn Balor ao chão. Balor agarra no seu título e sai rapidamente dos balneários.

Io Shirai vs Bianca Belair
O combate começa com Bianca Belair a acertar com dois Dropkicks em Io Shirai até esta sair do ringue para recuperar, mas sendo um Lumberjill Match as mulheres que estavam fora do ringue rapidamente metem Io Shirai de volta no ringue. Bianca continua a sua ofensiva e acerta com um Spine Buster em Shirai. Com Shirai no chão Bianca vai às cordas e acerta com um Standing Moonsault! 1 2.. Shirai consegue safar-se. A campeã pensa mais uma vez em sair do ringue mas desta vez não o faz já que vê que há muita gente lá fora que a vai colocar de novo no ringue e fica apenas agarrada às cordas para tentar ganhar algum tempo para respirar.
Bianca não quer deixar Io recuperar e vai até às cordas ter com ela mas enquanto o arbitro as tenta separar Io acerta com um Poke in the Eye em Bianca e de seguida com um Bridging German Suplex mas Bianca safa-se na contagem de 2.
Shirai atira Bianca para fora do ringue e desta vez as mulheres que estavam fora do ringue ajudam Bianca a levantar-se mas esta reage mal e começa a empurra-las dizendo que não precisa da ajuda de ninguém e sobe até ao apron. Shirai acerta com um Dropkick antes de Bianca entrar e esta cai para fora do ringue para cima de toda a gente que lá estava. Shirai fica no ringue a descansar até Bianca se levantar mas quando Bianca está de pé Io Shirai acerta com um Moonsault para fora do ringue caindo em cima de toda a gente.
Shirai volta ao ringue e fica à espera de Bianca que se vai levantando com bastante dificuldade. Apesar de tudo Bianca consegue levantar-se e Tessa tenta ajuda-la a reentrar no ringue mas Bianca volta a reagir mal e empurra Tessa. Blanchard não gosta e começa a discutir com Bianca até que as duas começam a trocar socos fora do ringue. Shirai vê aqui uma oportunidade e acerta com um Missile Dropkick em cheio no queixo de Bianca que vai contra a barreira do público.
Io Shirai não perde tempo e coloca Bianca no ringue, sobe até ao canto e acerta com o Trifecta mas em vez de ir para o cover sobe de novo ao canto e volta a acertar com o Trifecta! No total foram 6 Moonsaults seguidos! 1 2 3!! Io Shirai volta a vencer Bianca Belair, o resultado está neste momento 3-1 e se Io Shirai ganhar o próximo combate ganha também este Best of 7 Series. Bianca Belair só se pode culpar a ela mesma porque se preocupou mais com o que se estava a passar fora do ringue, particularmente com Tessa Blanchard, do que com Io Shirai e isso custou-lhe mais uma vez uma vitória nesta serie.

Boa vitória para a Blanchard, não acho que seja garantia de vitória da Shirai na 7 series porque acho que podes turnar a Blanchard. 

Não contava que a Zelina se visse fisicamente envolvida. Face turn confirmada. 

O Kross tem que ser campeão até ao próximo Takeover. 

Curti da promo do Keith. Mas não gosto muito quando se referem ao Demon como simplesmente sendo dress up and paint face, já o Velveteen o tinha feito. Acho que deveria ser algo mais resguardado, idealmente nem ser mencionado pelos adversários assim tanta vez, nem pelo próprio Finn. 

Vem aí uma recuperação para a Bianca e vai acabar por morrer na praia.

Para mim a promo dele foi a melhor parte do show. Não li como uma cena super clean babyface. Foi mesmo com aquele voz smooth, a tranquilidade, a ser até um bocado cocky de tão à vontade que estava à frente do campeão. Aquele shh shh shh foi top.

Eu percebo, acaba por perder um bocado a "magia". Mas é o trunfo do Finn e é para dar a ideia que não têm medo disso e que não é nada por ai além. Também podes ver pelo lado de tarem a subestimar o Demon e depois quando o enfrentam não tão preparados.

Isto engraçado era ver agora uma troca de papéis, ser o Andrade a fugir mais para o lado face, preocupado com a Zelina, mas o Garza que até agora era gozado a querer é saber dos títulos. Depois era o Andrade a sofrer o pin quando perderem os títulos, por estar distraído e preocupado com a Zelina, e o Garza turnava nele.

M. Cole – Well, you heard the man, the show must go on so the 24/7 title match won’t take place now and we’ll have the Grand Finale of the SmackDown Presents: The Women’s Tag Team World Cup!

René Young – And we’re joined by a very special duo in WWE history, Hall of Famers Nikki and Brie Bella. Girls, you had a title shot a few weeks ago and came close to clinching the win. Is that a thing of the past?

N. Bella – Oh absoluuuutely. We had our shot, we didn’t make, it’s alright, we’ve moved on, and now we’re here pulling for the best team to win.

B. Bella – That’s correct, we’ve returned to retirement and to motherhood. Nothing else matters to us.

LLC vs VIP

Deonna and Liv start the match with the virtuosa grappling her way into an early submission hold. Liv crawls her way to the bottom rope and breaks the hold. She then applies a couple of armbreakers, then a crossface. Liv is getting dominated, but is saved by her partner, Lacey Evans. Candice enters the ring and brawls with Lacey. Meanwhile, Deonna continues to punish Liv Morgan, but she fights back. She’s able to connect with a Step-up enzuigiri, then a running bulldog, she attempts a cover, but the referee is distracted by the brawl involving Evans and LeRae and misses the count. Liv is furious, she confronts the referee, Deonna performs a surprise roll-up from behind, but that cause the accidental bump of the referee, who is incidentally hit by one of Liv’s feet when she’s rolled up.

The ref is out, but the fighting continues. A kind of tornado tag team match ensues with the four competitors battling in the ring. Lacey ends up cleaning house and hits Deonna with a Women’s Right, she goes for the cover, but still, no referee. She tries to wake the referee up, by the time the referee wakes up, however, Candice, tags herself in and she delivers an esque neckbreaker, then a Heartbreaker, cover, 1, 2, but the referee is pulled from the ring, by whom?

René Young – Oh wow, it’s the Bellas! The Bellas got up from the commentary table and pulled the referee off the ring and have shoved the official under the ring

M. Cole – And now they are pulling something from under the ring. Oh my! It’s a couple of baseball bats what are they going to do here?

Brie and Nikki invade the ring and begin to bash all four legal competitors, over and over. When they’re satisfied, Nikki picks up a mic:

N. Bella – Angle, sweet baldy Angle, I think neither of your would-be number one contenders will be apt for tomorrow night (The Bellas bash the competitors a litter more) Therefore, I think you’ll have to schedule another team..I dunno…A Hall of Famer team. The ONLY women’s tag team in the Hall of Fame.

Deonna and Liv regain conscience - they were the less beaten of the four - and they begin to fight back. Deonna gets control of the bat and swings it a Brie, ejecting her off the ring; the referee, meanwhile, is regaining conscience; Deonna swings the bat again, but Nikki ducks so Liv is hit instead. The referee saw it and assumes that Deonna is illegally attacking her opponent, so she disqualifies the V.I.P., awarding the win to the LLC. Deonna and Candice are shocked; Liv and Lacey are also surprised; The Bellas are in utter shock, their plan to prevent a winner in this match failed.

Right as the match ends, the champions, the Kabuki Warriors enter, apparently, they didn’t see the finish, so they think the Bellas are to be their opponents tomorrow.

Asuka – Not DESERVING. Brie, Nikki, Not deserving. We defeat you already!

Kairi (realizing the LLC have been awarded the win) – No Asuka-chan, RRC have won! We have match against them tomorrow.

All hell breaks loose, as the four teams brawl, but some battle lines are formed in the confusion, as the Bellas and the Kabuki Warriors team up and the VIP and the LLC team up as well. The brawl ensues. Security comes to break things up, but that unruliness remains.

Suddenly Alexa Bliss burst through, she’s running to the ring. But she’s not running to intervene in the brawl. No. She’s running away from Nikki Cross who is chasing her with a rabid look in her eyes. This new pairing ends up getting involved in the brawl as well, with Cross joining the VIP and LLC’s side, and Alexa the opposition. The brawl continues until Kurt Angle enters the stage:

K. Angle – ENOUGH! ENOUGH GODDAMIT! I was coming here to address the “challenge” drawn by the Bellas, but since I’ve left my office we had winners, as officially decreed by the referee, whose decision is final, even if flawed (Deonna and Candice protest) I’m sorry, Deonna, Candice, that was the ref’s decision. However, to make it up to you, and since the Bellas seem to wanna fight…I’m scheduling the VIP, versus the Bellas, tomorrow night at STOMPING GROUNDS! (The crowd likes this a lot) And since you guys like to brawl like this, it’s gonna be a STREET FIGHT!

René Young – Oh wow!!

K. Angle – As for you, Nikki Cross and Alexa Bliss, in order to prevent this running around in the arena, your match tomorrow will now be a CLOSED STEEL CAGE MATCH.

Paige – I think for Cross it would be more appropriate a Wooden-Barrel match, since she’s a drunken Scot…

K. Angle – I’m not finished! And since we have clearly this battle lines between you guys clearly formed, tonight I’m scheduling a 5-on-5 tag team match: it’ll be Nikki Cross, Liv Morgan, Lacey Evans, Deonna Purrazzo and Candice LeRae versus Alexa Bliss, Nikki Bella, Brie Bella, Asuka and Kairi Sane, right here, on SmackDown’s the main event!

However, my bulky friend, if you are unhappy with nWo John’s claim, you can do something about it: you can put that shiny belt on the line against nWo John’s shiny belt. Winner takes all. Lashley – Oh that’s the plan? A guy enters a lunacy period, grabs some off-shoot belt, claims to be World Champ and gets a title shot? Next thing I know I have to give a title shot to Seth Rollins and whomever just grabs a title from a shelf or orders one on WWE.com? I don’t think so. I’m the Universal Champ. The one and only. M. Cole – And we’re back, and now we have an 8-woman tag match, between teams that tomorrow night will be striving for the number one contendership.

René Young – I don’t know what will happen tomorrow, but tonight two sets of teams will have to work together.

Paige – I don’t think there’ll be a lot of teamwork here tonight.

KickStarters & SmackDivas vs Jessamyne Duke, Marina Shafir & Blonde Bombshells

Lana and Marina Shafir start the match, but Lana is quickly dominated by the superior grappling holds of the former MMA star. Dakota makes the tag and delivers a series of kicks, then finalizes with a facewash, cover, 1, 2, Shafir kicks out. Shafir tags Jessamyne in and Duke eventually grabs a hold of Dakota and applies a crossface. Raquel barges in to interrupt things. Raquel is now legal and so is Dana. The two powerhouses of this match are too evenly powerful, so things come to a standstill. Carmella is tagged in and Gonzalez is able to dominate her and finally applies an ankle lock. Carmella is about to quit, when Dana intercedes. All hell breaks loose and the eight women brawl.

When order is restored, Maryse is legal and she clashes with Carmella, the Princess of Staten Island is able to connect with a Reverse STO, cover, 1, 2, Raquel barges in and breaks the count. Before all hell breaks loose again the referee orders Raquel to leave. Both of them get tangled in an argument, so the referee is oblivious to Dakotas mischiefs as she big boots Dana and Shafir off the apron, and Lana crossbodies Jessamyne off the apron. Gonzalez tags herself in, gutchecks Carmella a couple times, then Big Mami Cool lifts Carmella, One Arm Powerbomb, cover, 1, 2, 3.

The winning team celebrates, but that doesn’t last long, as Gonzalez and Kai mean to make a statement, they beat up their partners for the night, Lana and Maryse, and then they put Maryse through the commentary table. Is this what will happen tomorrow?

Employee – Here it is, Mr. GM, your nice and cold Budweiser!

K. Angle (he’s getting his glass, but sees the camera and instead says) – Beer??? No, I asked you for water! WATER! WATER. Who would drink beer on the job? Not me…

Seth Rollins approaches:

Seth – Kurt! Did you see what happened last week??? Did you see that felonious title change, that involved not one, but two outside interferences? And did you see the Messiah getting hit by a low-blow?

K. Angle – That part I did see and was actually pretty fu…(He sees Seth’s serious demeanor and changes tone) Erm… I mean. Yes Seth. What do you want?

Seth – We want our title back!

K. Angle – ‘Our’? You mean, Murphy’s?

Seth – In the Liturgy all glories are held in the name of the Messiah. Murphy’s gold is my gold. How about it?

K. Angle – Listen, Seth, Messiah, Seth…The title switch was perfectly legal. There were interferences on both sides. But I tell you what, next week I’ll schedule some sort of match between Murphy and Xavier. If Murphy wins maybe he…

Seth – We in the Liturgy prefer fighting as a collective. Schedule us against the New Day instead.

Employee – Curious for you to say that “in the Liturgy with fight as a collective”, when you present yourself here alone…

Seth (shocked that a mere employee is speaking to him) – What???? How dare you talk to me, punk?

The employee removes his hat and coat and reveals himself to be CM Punk. He immediately grabs Seth Rollins, drags him across the concession stands beats him up. Rollins was completely caught off guard and is unable to react. Punk shoves a whole carton of popcorn in his mouth, then grabs a merchandizing tshirt puts it over Seth’s face and drops a whole 5-gallon jug of water in his face. After this waterboarding session CM Punk grabs some title replicas up for sale and whips Seth repeatedly he then drives him to a toilet, shoves him a couple of times against a stall door, until it breaks, then tries to put Seth Rollins head inside the toilet, but Seth resists, he rakes CM Punk’s eyes, he then switches positions with Punk, trying to get his head inside the toilet but Punk fights back. They trade blows, get off the rest rooms, Seth irish whips Punk to a concession stands, breaking the tables set there. Seth stands victorious, but he celebrates too soon, Punk gets up, delivers a couple of high knees to Seth’s face, and then delivers the GTS. Seth is inanimate, as Punk gets a garbage can and empties it over Seth with a laugh.

M. Cole – And we’re back for a match that enables us to witness the return of both Tamina and Ember Moon, whom we haven’t seen since Money in the Banks where they both contracted injuries.

Paige (mockingly) – Boo-hoo. The poor ladies got a boo-boo? (In a normal tone) Who cares about these two nobodies?

René Young – Don’t talk like that. Ember Moon is a former NXT Champion.

Tay Conti & Sonya Deville vs Tamina & Ember Moon

Tay Conti and Tamina start the match. Tay gets the upper hand with grappling holds trying to cripple Tamina’s repaired knee. She then tags Deville in who kicks incessantly Tamina’s legs. Tay Conti is tagged in, and the keeps the gameplan on: targeting Tamina’s knee. Tamina eventually breaks free, chokeholds Tay Conti and delivers a chokeslam. She gets Ember in, and the Shenom is fired up, she delivers a Handspring stinger splash, followed by a headscissors takedown and a rolling elbow, cover, 1, 2, Deville breaks the count.

Sonya tags herself in just as Ruas and Bononi enter the stage. They get up to the apron, Arturo Ruas delivers something to Taynara on the down low, and she then distracts the referee as they harass Tamina, the referee spots this and goes to warn them, this gives the chance to Tay Conti to use the judo nunchucks Ruas had given her. She pounds Ember Moon repeatedly, Sonya connects with a Hellevator, cover, 1, 2, 3. Tay Conti’s goons enable her team to capture the win. Will she count with their help to win tomorrow as well?

M. Cole – We’re back, ladies and gents, and I’ve just been informed that Megalith is unable to compete, he has a concussion after a mysterious attack at the opening of the show.

René Young – Yes, Cole, that match was supposed to open this show, however it got postponed in order to Megalith be able to recover to compete. He just performed a test, failed, and has been ruled off this match.

Paige – So the match…is going to be between Wrestler Wannabe Rob Gronkowski and Happy-to-be-here Vin Quade? Woohoo, I bet the folks at home are jumping on their seats in excitement…

Vin Quade enters with his habitual Pacific Islands dancers. Then Champ Rob Gronkowski enters, with the crowd popping up noticeably. The match starts, the two lockup. Gronk wins the test of strength. Gronk then tries some grappling holds, showing he has progressed considerably under Goldberg’s training program. He then applies a powerslam, as he moves to the cover,

René Young - What’s this? The Commonwealth of Nations are here! Why are they here? (Lord Barrett is going to enlighten the crowd)

Lord Barrett – If you are wondering why, oh why His Majesty King Corbin the First has graced all you poor sods with his majestic presence, I’m informing you lot that we, the Commonwealth of Nations are here on a scouting tour. Young man, yeah you, Vin Quade, we understand you are Australian, innit?

V. Quade (shaken and confused) – Yes I am, but what…

Lord Barrett – Then you pertain to a common culture, a superior culture, nothing like this uncultured yankee swines who have, well…no culture at all. You should join with your own. With the Commonwealth of Nations, take your rightful place as the Dominion of Australia’s representative in our midst!

Gronk – Hey, I still have unfinished business with you bozos, but right now I have a match to finish a title to retain.

Lord Barrett – Shut up you uncultured beer-mongering pig. Thou shalt not address the Majestic person of the King. But you raise a good point. That title. Quade, do you want that title? Claim it and join us; join us and claim it. Who do you think attacked that halfwit Megalith to facilitate your way in to the championship? We did. And we’ll help you to beat this wanker as well, and then, with us, you’ll keep that gold on, FOREVER. (they approach and enclose the ring)

Vin Quade – I don’t need your help to defeat The Gronk. (The crowd cheers) However…

Vin Quade delivers a low blow from behind to The Gronk, the ref was focusing on the Commonwealth of Nations and missed it, he then delivers the Thunder Down Under, cover, 1, 2, 3. Vin Quade turned heel and claimed the 24/7 Championship. After the match he exits the stage and approaches the Commonwealth of Nation. Will he join them? He shakes Barrett’s hand who instructs him to bow down before King Corbin and kiss is Ring. The 24/7 Champion is now a member of the Commonwealth of Nations in a shocking move!

M. Cole – And we’re back, we’ve had a night full of surprises and now we have some more in store for you.

René Young – That’s right, we’re hosting the Contract signing for the SmackDown Women’s Champion.

M. Cole – As Paige is to be Special Guest Referee tomorrow she withdrew herself from the commentary table for this segment, because any comments she would eventually say could be perceived as a bias. But it’s neither me nor René that’ll moderate things, but rather:

Trish Stratus theme comes up, the crowd goes bananas!

Trish Stratus – Hi everybody! It’s so good to be here, once again. Kurt Angle asked me if I wanted to moderate this contract signing, between three of the best female wrestlers ever, but tempers may turn sour and as such I asked a good friend to come help me in the task

Lita’s theme plays. The crowd loses their minds!

Lita – Ah, good ol’ Trish. We had a ton of battles over the years, but now we get to witness a battle that promises to be etched in the annals of history.

Alundra Blayze theme comes up.

Alundra Blayze – So, you guys wanted to host a sort of all-time women’s champions slumber party, and you thought the Best Woman Champion of WWE history wouldn’t turn up?

René Young – Oh wow! We have three Women Hall of Famers in the ring!

M. Cole – Four actually, because Championship contender, Beth Phoenix is coming up!

Beth enters to a massive nostalgic pop; Then enters Nattie Hart, some fans pop; Then it’s Boss Time!!! The Champion enters all smug.

Sasha – Oh it’s so great to be in the ring with 4 Hall of Famers, one future Hall of Famer (points to herself) and Nattie… (Hart gets angry, but Lita and Trish grab her). But really, is there any doubt in anyone’s mind that the Boss is the really Best of Hall times, the best woman to ever lace up a pair of boots?  (She gets heat from everyone)

Beth – It’s incredible disrespectful of you. That’s why I have to take that belt off of you. You are a disgrace to the women’s division, with the 4 Living Female members of the WWE Hall of Fame and your level of disrespect is supreme. And to insult Nattie so gratuitously, I mea…

N. Hart – Beth, Beth, I don’t need you to defend me, thank you very much (a loud “uuuuuuu” is heard from the crowd), I can battle my own battles, even if it means getting through my best friend in the whole world. (Paige enters the stage)

Paige – Just sign the damned thing already! I can wrestle, but I can still slap you lot around for a bit if you don’t hurry up.

Tensions flare up, next thing you know people in the ring are brawling; firstly the three contenders brawl, but then the moderators in an effort to separate them also end up get involved. Soon enough, three pairings form up: Sasha and Alundra, Nattie and Trish and Beth and Lita. The brawl continues. Security is unable to separate them. Kurt Angle enters:

K. Angle – Alright!!! You women wanna fight? It’s official, referee, ring the damn bell!

Sasha Banks & Alundra Blayze vs Nattie Hart & Trish Status vs Beth Phoenix & Lita

Sasha and Nattie start the match. They fight for a while, Nattie is able to dominate the champion and after a while she has the Sharpshooter locked. In an effort to keep Sasha away from the ropes she approaches a corner, where Beth tags herself in, thus interrupting the maneuver and an early win by Hart. The best friends have a staredown, as Nattie isn’t happy about this, but it all comes to an end as Sasha headscissors Beth Phoenix to the mat, then applies the Bank Statement. Lita goes on the top rope and hits with a Swanton, thus breaking the hold. Lita and Alundra are tagged in by their peers.

Lita Monkey flips Blayze right away then a belly to back suplex, Cover, 1, 2, Blayze kicks out. Blayze is furious and musters the strength to connect with a couple of Mat Slams, and a German Suplex, but Lita lands on her feet, and immediately hops up to the ringpole to go for her classis summersault, but Blayze is the wiser and anticipates it with a Handstand Headscissors takedown, cover, 1, 2, Lita kicks out. Trish Stratus tags herself in in place of Alundra and the crowd goes mad with pop: Lita and Stratus face to face in the ring, once again. Trish traps Lita’s arms to the ropes and delivers her typical Backhand chops, irish whips her to the ropes and hits her with the Air Canada on her way back. Cover, 1, 2, Beth Phoenix intercedes. She tags in, and the Glamazon hits Trish with a couple of backbreakers, and a Glam Slam, cover, 1, 2, Trish kicks out, she strikes her way through a Stratusfaction, connects, the crowd goes wild, cover, 1, 2, Alundra enters the ring and interrupts the count.

All hell breaks lose on the back of this intermission, and a brawl ensues on the outside. Beth, with her superior physique cleans house on the outside, just as Sasha and Nattie Hart go back to the ring as legal competitors to finish the match. As Sasha went for the Bankrupt, Hart counters with a Wheelbarrow Facebuster. Lita, meanwhile, summersaults from the top rope and washes off everyone else at ring side just as Hart applies the Sharpshooter, and after a minute or so, with no way out, Sasha taps out. Nattie made the Champion tap out on the eve of STOMPING GROUNDS!

M. Cole – And we’re back for our outspoken main event a 5-on-5 women’s match, that promises to linger in our memories for a while.

René Young – That’s right Cole, all these women have matches with one another tomorrow, so this should be interesting.

The Bellas, Kabuki Warriors & Alexa Bliss vs V.I.P., LLC & Nikki Cross

Brie and Liv start the match, and none is able to outmaneuver the other, so they tag their respective teammates, Nikki Bella and Lacey Evans, Lacey ducks a clothesline and connects with the woman’s Right, cover, 1, 2, Sane Elbow drops from the top rope to stop the cover. Liv enter the ring to get her off, and the two brawl outside the ring, Lacey tags Deonna in and goes to the ringside to back Morgan up, Asuka does the same, so the 4 women that’ll battle for the tag titles tomorrow brawl all over the ringside for quite a while.

Deonna is able to dominate Nikki Bella, and tags Candice in, who Suicide Dives both Bellas off the apron. Alexa is tagged in and she dominates Candice, hitting her with a Chokehold STO, transitioned to a Crucifix pin. Deonna saves her partner. Nikki Cross is tagged in, but Alexa evades her, tagging Nikki Bella in. Bella loudly proclaims “I’m the best Nikki of all time”, Cross, who is rabid with rage just sucker punches Bella, and she drop down, knocked out cold. She drags Bella’s body to the corner and demands Alexa to tag herself in.

She eventually accepts and Cross goes to town on Alexa, two consecutive crossbodies put Alexa down, then she applies the Crossface, just to punish Alexa. The Bellas prepare to interfere, but Deonna and Candice stop her with German suplexes off the apron. Asuka and Kairi understand their team is about to lose and make the effort to come back to the ring, but Lacey and Live follow suit and the LLC stop them, with a couple of backbreakers to each one. Alexa frees herself, goes on the ropes to pick up speed, but is met by the Spear of Scotland on her way back, cover, 1, 2, 3! Nikki Cross has dominated this one and picks up the win to the babyface team on the eve of STOMPING GROUNDS.

WTF? Como é que o combate não acaba com o ataque das Bellas? O árbitro faleceu e não as viu com os tacos nem as ouviu e depois voltou à vida? 

Estará o Lashley a dar indícios de um possível face turn? O campeão desrespeitado por todos. 

Então IlidioMA, a Jessamyne e a Marina não têm nome de equipa? XD

Acho que até pagava para ver a Lana a fazer um crossbody para fora do ringue.

CM Punk, what a babyface a torturar o Seth. 

Mais um a juntar se a um grupo, quando houver novo draft vai ser engraçado. 

Espero mesmo que a Sasha ganhe amanhã, de preferência de forma limpa para não deixar dúvidas, mas olha que talvez fosse interessante uma aliança com a Paige. 

Esse triple threat tag team é que foi bué random, a little too much meter assim a Alundra, a Lita e a Trish a aparecer do nada e a lutar. E com 6 gajas no ringue, tinha que ser a campeã a desistir? BOOOO

E a Nikki conseguiu o pin na Alexa, amanhã é certinho que a Alexa ganha. O Corey já não lhe faz companhia? 

 

Até estou hypado para o PPV, mas fiquei um bocado desiludido por este último show ter andado tanto à volta do passado, quando isto devia servir para construir as estrelas do futuro.
