Devo esperar por reviews e ver se o hardware é fiável, depois vou comprar a PS4. Não gosto dos exclusivos da MS, amo jogos de plataforma e a PS dá 10 a zero nesses jogos. Além do mais Xbox não é mais um console de games, é um all-in-one entertenimento. E eu já tenho um media center da Asus.

A não ser que estivesse lá explicito, são todos produtos do UK, logo vem com ficha de lá.

 

Garantia tem, mas não sei se não a terias que mandar para lá. Diria que talvez não, deves poder falar logo com a Sony de Portugal. :-k

Xbox One: stand it vertically “at your own risk”, warns Microsoft

 

Speaking with Gamespot, Penello confirmed that the matter stems from the console’s disc-slot, and is not a cooling issue. He told the site, “We don’t support vertical orientation; do it at your own risk. It wouldn’t be a cooling problem, we just didn’t design the drive for vertical. Because it’s a slot loading drive, we just didn’t design it for both”.

 

He added, “We found, interestingly enough, that 80 percent of people, believe it or not, have their Xbox [360] horizontally”.

 

What do you make of the above news? Does it mess up your living room set-up, or are you fine with this?

 

For the record, my Xbox is vertical due to space issues. *Gulp*

 

Xbox One won’t get a lot of “stuff” 360 has for “for a while”, admits Penello

 

Xbox One will miss out on some features Xbox 360 has had for a while now, according to Microsoft senior director of product management and planning Albert Penello.

 

IGN posed to Penello that Microsoft’s promise of all these great Xbox One features might be miss-selling the console to territories that won’t be receiving them, he replied, “I think even in the U.S., there’s going to be a lot of stuff that was on 360 that isn’t going to be on Xbox One for a while.

 

“Y’know, it’s an interesting dynamic that you find yourself in with console launches, but particularly when you’re coming from a super mature platform… in the old days of console transitions, the expectation of what would be moving to the next console was basically isolated to games. And if you think about all the stuff we’ve done with Xbox 360 and how much it’s different in the last ten years, you basically have ten years of innovation, ten years of experiences, and then, trying to take that and build an entirely new platform, with new hardware and a new software architecture.

 

“I mean, I totally understand people’s frustrations, and it’s hard to give an answer beyond the fact that, from my seat, it’s a console transition and this is part and parcel. There’s a lot of things that we’ll talk about in our vision for the product that aren’t going to be there at launch.”

 

Then came some Xbox One TV talk, which seems to be Microsoft’s ‘go-to’ topic as of late. Penello continued, “TV, if you want to continue, would be another criticism. We talk a lot about TV and that’s only going to work basically in Japan and the U.S. at launch where you have HDMI-in scenarios, so you’ll say ‘hey, what if I have a terrestrial over the air?’

 

“We won’t have a solution for that right away, but we still sell it as part of the vision. So it’s honest criticism and you’d love to have the new launch be everything that you had before and more, but unfortunately it’s an untenable [proposition].”

Acabei por comprar uma PS3 super slim de 500gb em segunda mão com o Pes13 e o COD MW3 por 200€. E agora gostava de saber se há forma de copiar os cds para o disco da PS3, de forma a que não tenha que andar a meter o disco sempre que queria jogar, se isto é possivel ou não

- Ir jogar GTA enquanto pesquiso gajas na net por causa daquele trabalho que tenho de fazer para a escola.

- Limpar o monitor do meu computador, o teclado, a parede, o microfone e a Luna.

Boas nestes últimos tempos tenho notado que a minha ps3 demora muito a responder ao comando,e sei que não é normal,o que poderá ser? Será que é caro o arranjo? :compinchas:

1- ao fazer uma restauro a consola irá para a versão que veio de fabrica ?

2- é possivel saber qual era ? (na caixa, manual etc)

3- há maneira de gravar os save's e fazer o restauro sem os perder.

na mega mania há a slim 12 GB a 180€, de momento.

Boas sabem se há alguma maneira de ter sempre ligado um disco externo á ps3, é que uma de 12 GB é pouco , mas é barata, e eu tenho discos externos cá em casa de 500 GB e 1TB e ainda tenho um disco da minha velhinha ps3 de 80GB.
