arv Publicado 20 Agosto 2008 Como é que eu faço isso ó arv? Vai a Treinos, alterar treino, mete Pressão. Que treina Defesa Exterior. Outside Defense. Em inglês não sei como é. Os jogadores para treinarem precisam de jogar 48 min por semana. Sendo que tens 2 jogos + 1 possivel amigavel/taça, chega perfeitamente. Mais de 80 min descem a forma, tenta não passar.
