Quando comprei a minha há 3 anos, na altura que as taxas de juro estavam a disparar, o meu gestor de conta disse que podiam chegar aos 5% mas depois haveriam de estabilizar entre os 2 e os 3. Isto na discussão entre taxa variável e taxa fixa. Fiz bem confiar no homem porque na nova atualização vou pagar a pouco mais de 2%, ao contrário do que seria a taxa fixa (acho que 5 e qualquer)
