Os regulamentos Ingleses fazem com que isso seja cada vez mais assim. E, atendendo à realidade, onde todos os plantéis estão cheios de estrangeiros, ainda mais natural se torna que jogadores ingleses custem esses valores exorbitantes.

O Chilwell é um lateral direito bem porreiro. Se vale, ou não, os 80M€ eu já não sei, mas parece-me ser melhor do que os dois que o Chelsea lá tem, por isso já é um upgrade.
