É basicamente isto que quero dizer com "fixos". Parece que não há qualquer promoção diária mas sim uma série de descontos gerais de dia X a dia Y o que, comparando ao que a Steam fazia, parece completamente vazio

Não, os únicos que precisas de ter Plus para jogar são os "grátis". Excepto se quiseres jogar online, aí tens de ter Plus.
