The camera pans to the sold-out Chukchansi Gold Casino as the pyro goes off, signaling the beginning of another episode of WCW Monday Nitro. The announcers Tony Schiavone, Scott Hudson, and Bobby Heenan welcome the viewers at home and run down the card for tonight's show.

Tony Schiavone: Welcome everyone to Monday Nitro! We are live tonight from Chukchansi Gold Casino, and what a night we have in store for you.

Scott Hudson: That's right, Tony. After the events of the Great American Bash, we have a new World Heavyweight Champion in Jeff Jarrett.

Bobby Heenan: And I, for one, can't wait to see how Scott Steiner is going to react to this.

Tony Schiavone: Speaking of reactions, Bobby, how about Dustin Rhodes and Samoa Joe teaming up tonight to take on The Wall and Kwee Wee.

Scott Hudson: And we can't forget about our other matches, including Goldberg taking on Kid Ego and Kevin Nash going one-on-one with Kanyon.

Bobby Heenan: Kid Ego? What kind of name is that? Sounds like my ex-wife's lawyer.

Tony Schiavone: (laughing) Oh, Bobby. And folks, we're kicking off the night with Alex Wright taking on Lance Storm.

The camera cuts to the ring as Alex Wright's music hits and he makes his way down the ramp.

Alex Wright vs Lance Storm

Lance Storm and Alex Wright faced off in a 9-minute match that saw Storm emerging victorious with a win. Despite the efforts of Wright, Storm managed to overpower him with the help of Mike Awesome, who interfered in the match. The match received a decent reaction from the crowd, who seemed to be disappointed with the outcome. Storm and Awesome celebrated their win, while Wright was left to rue missed opportunities.

The arena goes dark as the show returns from the commercial break. Shane Douglas' theme music hits and he makes his way down to the ring, United States Championship belt over his shoulder. He grabs a mic and begins to cut a promo.

Shane Douglas: "Last night at the Great American Bash, I proved to everyone that I am the Franchise. I beat Konnan fair and square, and I showed why I am the United States Champion."

The crowd boos loudly as Douglas continues.

Shane Douglas: "But I'm not here to talk about the past. I'm here to talk about the future. And the future is an open challenge. Anyone in the back who thinks they can beat me for this title can come out here and try."

Suddenly, RVD's music hits and the crowd erupts as he makes his way down to the ring. Douglas looks surprised, but smirks as RVD enters the ring and grabs a mic.

RVD: "Hey man, I heard you were giving out free title shots, so I figured I'd come down here and take you up on it."

The crowd cheers as RVD continues.

RVD: "You know, Shane, we go way back. We both know what it's like to work for Paul Heyman in ECW. And I gotta say, I'm a little disappointed in what you've become. You used to be the Franchise, the man who carried ECW on his back. But now, you're just a shell of your former self. And that United States Championship, it deserves better than you."

Douglas looks angry at RVD's comments.

Shane Douglas: "You know what, RVD? You can talk all you want, but the fact is, you're not the Franchise. You're not even in the same league as me. But if you want to try and take this title from me, be my guest. Because tonight, you're going to find out why I am the United States Champion."

The two men stare each other down as Nitro goes to another commercial break.

RVD vs Shane Douglas (c)

As the match begins, RVD quickly takes control with his fast-paced and high-flying offense, hitting Douglas with his signature moves like the Rolling Thunder and the Five-Star Frog Splash. However, Douglas uses his veteran savvy to slow the pace down and target RVD's injured knee with a series of targeted attacks.

RVD fights back, hitting Douglas with a barrage of kicks and strikes, but just as he is about to deliver the finishing blow, Disco Inferno appears at ringside, distracting RVD long enough for Douglas to hit him with a low blow and a belly-to-belly suplex for the victory. Despite the interference, RVD and Douglas put on an impressive match that leaves the crowd on their feet.

The camera cuts backstage to the locker room where the Magnificent Seven are gathered. Scott Steiner, towering over the rest, is pacing back and forth, his eyes fixed on the ground. The other members of the group stand in silence, knowing that something is about to happen.

Finally, Scott speaks, his voice low and menacing. "I don't know what the hell is going on around here," he growls, "but I'm sick of it. I'm sick of all of you losers dragging me down."

He turns his attention to Ric Flair, who looks uneasy under Scott's glare. "You think you're so smart, don't you, Flair? Well, let me tell you something, old man. You're not half the wrestler you used to be, and you sure as hell can't think your way out of a paper bag."

The rest of the group stands silently, knowing that it's best not to get on Scott's bad side. Jeff Jarrett looks uncomfortable, as if he knows what's coming next.

"And you, Jarrett," Scott continues, turning his attention to the World Heavyweight Champion. "You think you can just attack me and get away with it? Well, you've got another thing coming, because tonight, there will be consequences."

Scott glares at each member of the group in turn, daring them to say something. But they remain silent, knowing that it's best not to provoke him.

"Tonight, we're going to show everyone what happens when you mess with the Steiner Brothers," he says, his voice rising. "And if any of you losers can't handle that, then get the hell out of my sight."

The other members of the group begin to disperse, but Scott continues to glare at them, his eyes burning with fury. As the camera fades to black, it's clear that something big is about to happen on this episode of WCW Monday Nitro.

The camera cuts to the backstage area where Mean Gene is standing by with Disco Inferno. Disco is grinning from ear to ear, clearly proud of himself for causing RVD's defeat. Mean Gene begins to ask Disco about his actions, but he cuts him off, eager to talk.

Disco: "Hey, hey, hey, Mean Gene! Did you see that? Did you see what I did out there? I cost RVD his chance at the U.S. Title, baby!"

Mean Gene: "Yes, I did, Disco. What do you have to say about that?"

Disco: "Well, Mean Gene, I just want to say that RVD should have known better than to mess with me. I'm the Disco Inferno, baby! Nobody can out-jive me in that ring. And next week, I'm going to prove it."

Mean Gene: "What do you mean, Disco?"

Disco: "I mean, Mean Gene, that next week on 'Jive Talkin' With Disco Inferno,' I'm going to have RVD as my guest. And we're going to have a little chat, man to man. I'm going to ask him a few questions, maybe even show him a few moves. And we'll see who the real jive talker is around here."

Mean Gene: "Well, that sounds like quite the challenge, Disco. I'm sure RVD will have something to say about that."

Disco: "Oh, he will, Mean Gene. He definitely will. But until then, I'm just going to sit back, relax, and enjoy the fact that I screwed RVD out of his title shot. Jive on, baby!"

Disco walks off, still grinning from ear to ear, as the camera fades to black.

 Bill Goldberg 6.gifimage.pngKid Ego.gif

Goldberg vs. Kid Ego

Goldberg defeated Kid Ego (Air Paris) in a very one-sided 9-minute match. Throughout the match, Kid Romeo and Evan Karagias interfered, trying to help Kid Ego cheat by distracting the referee and using a foreign object (a steel chair) on Goldberg behind the ref's back.

As the match was about to come to an end, Kid Ego climbed to the top rope to perform a high-flying move, but AJ Styles made his return to Nitro, knocking Kid Romeo and Evan Karagias off the apron. This gave Goldberg the opportunity to recover and hit Kid Ego with his signature move, the Jackhammer, for the win.

After the match, Goldberg and AJ Styles celebrated in the ring as Kid Romeo and Evan Karagias retreated up the ramp, with Kid Ego lying motionless in the ring.

Mean Gene is backstage with Chavo Guerrero Jr. Chavo is still visibly fuming from his altercation with Hayabusa at the Great American Bash. He takes the microphone and begins to speak with a furious passion.

"You see Gene, Hayabusa is nothing more than a flash in the pan. He comes in here, all flashy moves and high-flying antics, but what has he done to earn his place in this company? What has he done to earn the respect of the fans? Nothing! But me, Gene, I come from a long line of legends. My grandfather Gory, my uncle Eddie, my father Chavo Sr., they all built this industry brick by brick, and I'm not going to let some nobody like Hayabusa come in here and disrespect their legacy!"

Chavo Jr. takes a moment to catch his breath before continuing.

"I attacked him last night because I needed to make a statement. I needed to show him and everyone else that I'm not going to stand for any disrespect towards my family or my heritage. And if anyone else wants to step up and challenge me, they'll be met with the same fate as Hayabusa."

Chavo Jr. looks into the camera with a fierce determination in his eyes before walking off.

Totally Buff (Buff Bagwell and Lex Luger) are seen walking down a hallway, looking worried.

Buff Bagwell: Man, I don't like this. Scott's pissed.

Lex Luger: I know, Buff. But we promised to have each other's backs.

Buff Bagwell: Yeah, but what if Scott comes after us tonight?

Lex Luger: Then we'll just have to deal with it. Together.

Buff nods in agreement.

Buff Bagwell: Alright, man. Together.

As they continue walking, the camera fades out.

Dustin Rhodes and Samoa Joe vs. The Wall and Kwee Wee

Dustin Rhodes and Samoa Joe teamed up to take on The Wall and Kwee Wee in a relatively short match. The heels put up a fight, but it was ultimately no match for the combined strength and skill of Rhodes and Joe. The babyfaces dominated most of the match, with Rhodes hitting his trademark bulldog and Joe delivering his signature muscle buster. In the end, Rhodes and Joe emerged victorious as Samoa Joe lifted Kwee Wee up onto his shoulders in a fireman's carry, while Dustin Rhodes climbs to the top rope. Joe then throws him up into the air as Rhodes leaps off the top rope and catches them, hitting a powerslam as Joe drops to his knees, adding extra impact for the pinfall and the win.

The camera shows CM Punk walking through the crowd, making his way to the ring. He grabs a mic and starts talking.

CM Punk: "You know, I look around and I see all of you people. You come here to gamble, to bet on your favorites, to waste your money on something that doesn't matter. And then you look at me, and you see something you can't bet on. You see a guy who's better than everybody in this building, in the back, and all over the world. You see the future of professional wrestling. You see the next WCW World Heavyweight Champion."

The crowd starts to boo.

CM Punk: "Oh, you can boo me all you want, but you know I'm right. Most of you are just addicts who replaced drugs and booze with gambling. But you know what? If you want to gamble on something, how about you gamble on me? How about you bet that I will be the next WCW World Heavyweight Champion? Because I guarantee you, that's a sure thing. So go ahead, put your money where your mouth is. Because when I win that title, you'll be the ones left in the dust, while I'm standing tall as the greatest wrestler of all time."

CM Punk drops the mic and walks back through the crowd as the boos continue.

A dusty Western landscape appears on the screen. A voiceover begins to speak as the camera pans over the terrain.

VOICEOVER: "Out here in the wild, wild west, there are two cowboys who strike fear into the hearts of any who dare to cross them. They are America's Most Wanted."

As the camera continues to pan, two figures on horseback come into view. They're wearing cowboy hats, long dusters, and bandanas over their faces.

VOICEOVER: "These men are not your ordinary cowboys. They're hungry for competition and they'll do whatever it takes to win."

The camera cuts to a close-up of one of the cowboys, who lowers his bandana to reveal his face. It's Chris Harris.

VOICEOVER: "This is Chris Harris, and he's one half of America's Most Wanted."

The camera then cuts to the other cowboy, who also lowers his bandana to reveal his face. It's James Storm.

VOICEOVER: "And this is James Storm, the other half of America's Most Wanted."

The camera cuts back to the two cowboys on horseback as they ride off into the distance.

VOICEOVER: "So if you hear the sound of hooves pounding in the distance, you better watch out. Because America's Most Wanted is coming for you."

The screen fades to black as the sound of galloping horses grows louder.

Kevin Nash 1.gifimage.pngChris Kanyon 2k1.gif

Kevin Nash vs. Kanyon

Kevin Nash and Kanyon squared off in the ring for a 16 minute match. The match wasn't particularly great, but the crowd was invested in the two wrestlers. Nash used his signature moves, including the Jackknife Powerbomb, while Kanyon employed his innovative offense, including the Flatliner and the Kanyon Cutter. In the end, Nash emerged victorious, but it was a hard-fought match that kept the audience engaged throughout.

(Schiavone, Scott Hudson and Heenan are recapping the WCW World Title match from the Great American Bash)

Schiavone: "It was a great match, but unfortunately, Booker T and Rey Mysterio Jr. came up short."

Hudson: "Yeah, Jarrett and Flair managed to find a way to win, even with Booker T hitting the Book End on Jarrett."

Heenan: "Well, you know what they say, Hudson. The best way to beat Booker T is to distract him with a mirror. He'll be so busy looking at himself, he won't even realize he lost the match!" (laughs)

Schiavone: "Bobby, that's not even remotely funny."

Heenan: "Hey, I thought it was a pretty good one." (laughs again)

The arena goes dark as a spotlight shines on the entrance ramp. The crowd is on the edge of their seats as the first notes of "Steinerized" blast through the speakers. Scott Steiner emerges from the back, wearing his signature chainmail headgear and looking as intimidating as ever. He walks down the ramp with purpose, stopping only to flex his biceps for the fans.

Next up is Rick Steiner, whose theme "Dog-faced Gremlin" starts playing. He runs down to the ring, barking and snarling at the fans along the way. He slides into the ring and stands next to his brother, staring down anyone who dares to cross their path.

Luger's theme "Total Package" starts playing next, and the crowd erupts into a mixture of cheers and boos. Luger slowly makes his way down to the ring, flexing his muscles and posing for the fans. He climbs up onto the apron and steps through the ropes, joining the Steiner brothers in the ring.

Buff Bagwell's theme "Buff Daddy" starts playing next, and the fans start chanting along with the music. Bagwell struts down to the ring, high-fiving fans along the way. He climbs up onto the apron and strikes a pose before entering the ring.

Animal's theme "Iron Man" starts playing next, and the crowd goes wild. The Road Warrior comes down to the ring, looking as fierce as ever. He climbs into the ring and stands shoulder-to-shoulder with the other members of the Magnificent Seven.

Finally, Jeff Jarrett's theme "Chosen One" starts playing, and the fans boo loudly. Jarrett walks down to the ring with a cocky swagger, carrying the WCW World Heavyweight Championship belt over his shoulder. He enters the ring and stands across from Steiner, staring him down.

Steiner grabs the microphone from the ring announcer and starts his promo. "Last night at the Great American Bash, we showed the world what the Magnificent Seven is all about. But we're not perfect, and there are some members who are slacking off. Rick, Animal, Lex, and Buff - you guys need to start kicking some ass if you want to keep your spots with the group. But I forgive you, because you're still family."

Steiner turns his attention to Flair and Jarrett, and the crowd starts to murmur. "Now, Flair and Jarrett...I can't trust you guys. I won't let you betray me. So tonight, I'm ordering the rest of the group to kick your asses out of the Magnificent Seven."

The camera cuts to Flair and Jarrett's faces, which are filled with anger and disbelief. The rest of the Magnificent Seven look uncomfortable, but they don't dare disobey Steiner.

As the other members of the Magnificent Seven turn their attention to Flair and Jarrett, suddenly Luger, Bagwell, Flair and Jarrett turn on them and start beating them down. The crowd is in shock as the four men viciously assault the Steiner brothers and Animal.

Flair and Jarrett look like they are enjoying every moment of it, taking pleasure in dishing out punishment to their former allies. The crowd boos loudly as the four men continue their assault, with Luger delivering a brutal piledriver to Scott Steiner on the concrete floor.

The rest of the Magnificent Seven are left lying in the ring as  the four men stand tall over them, basking in their betrayal.

Flair takes the microphone from the ring announcer and struts around the ring, basking in the cheers and jeers from the crowd.

"Ladies and gentlemen, the Magnificent Seven are no more," Flair declares. "Tonight, we have formed a new alliance - the Four Horsemen are back, WOOO!"

The crowd erupts in cheers as Flair, Bagwell, Jarrett, and Luger raise four fingers in triumph.

Flair continues, "Now, I know what you're all thinking. Are these the Four Horseman? Well, let me tell you something. Maybe we don't need a fourth Horseman right now. The three of us are all that we need to dominate this company."

The other three seem confused at first and then Bagwell starts looking a bit uneasy.

"But speaking of fourth Horsemen," Flair says, turning to Luger, "you know, I always thought you were the weak link in the group."

Luger's eyes widen in shock as Jarrett and Bagwell start to circle him. Suddenly, Bagwell jumps Luger from behind and starts wailing on him with punches and kicks. Jarrett joins in, hitting Luger with a guitar over his head.

Flair watches from the sidelines, nodding approvingly as his former stablemates beat down his longtime friend and ally.

The assault continues for several minutes until Luger is a bloody mess on the mat. Bagwell and Jarrett stand over him, panting and sweating, while Flair applauds from the ring apron.

Finally, Bagwell and Jarrett help Flair to his feet, and the three men raise the four fingers in triumph once again. The show ends with Flair, Bagwell, and Jarrett walking out of the ring, leaving Luger lying unconscious in the middle of the ring with the rest of the Magnificient Seven.

Lex Luger sent to rehab by WCW

Dave Meltzer • June 20th, 2001

It has been reported that Lex Luger, one of the top stars in World Championship Wrestling (WCW), has been caught using steroids by the company. According to sources close to the situation, Luger was sent to rehab following the incident.

This news has come as a surprise to many in the wrestling world, as Luger had been a mainstay in WCW for years and was considered one of the company's biggest draws. However, the use of steroids is strictly prohibited by WCW and this latest incident has put Luger's future in the company in doubt.

The timing of this revelation is also significant, as it has been reported that the ending of the last episode of Monday Nitro was actually designed to write Luger off the show before he entered rehab. The attack by Bagwell and Jarrett on Luger was planned to set up his absence from TV for the foreseeable future.

It remains to be seen how this will affect Luger's standing in WCW and his future in the industry. Steroid use has been a major issue in professional wrestling for many years, and it appears that even the biggest stars are not immune to the consequences of breaking the rules. As always, the Wrestling Observer Newsletter will provide updates on this developing story as they become available.

Tony Schiavone: "Welcome to WCW Monday Nitro, live from the Red Hawk Casino! Last week was a wild one, with the implosion of the Magnificent Seven and the reformation of the Four Horsemen!"

Scott Hudson: "And the big question on everyone's mind is, who will be the fourth member of the Horsemen?"

Bobby Heenan: "I heard it might be me, Schiavone. I'm always available for a good horseback ride."

Tony Schiavone: "Ha! Well, let's get to tonight's card. We have a great lineup for you, including the debut of America's Most Wanted, taking on Hugh Morrus and Lash Leroux."

Scott Hudson: "And we have Samoa Joe taking on Road Warrior Animal. That should be a hard-hitting match!"

Bobby Heenan: "And don't forget about Jive Talkin' with Disco, with special guest Rob Van Dam!"

Tony Schiavone: "Plus, we have Hayabusa taking on Chavo Guerrero Jr., CM Punk facing off against Big Vito, and in our main event, Jeff Jarrett taking on Dustin Rhodes in a non-title match!"

Scott Hudson: "It's going to be an exciting night, folks. Let's get to the action!"

The match saw both wrestlers trading blows and executing some signature moves, with Hayabusa hitting a flying headbutt and a moonsault on Chavo, while Chavo delivered a series of powerbombs and a hurricanrana. However, it was Hayabusa who emerged victorious with a devastating Falcon Arrow, securing the pinfall in a thrilling 13-minute bout.

Tony Schiavone: "Wait a minute, what's going on here? Who's in that limo?"

Scott Hudson: "Looks like it's members of the Four Horsemen - Ric Flair, Jeff Jarrett and Buff Bagwell. And it looks like they're not alone, Tony."

Bobby Heenan: "Of course not, Scott! The Horsemen always travel in style with beautiful women by their side."

[Flair, Jarrett, and Bagwell exit the limo and are surrounded by the women as they make their way into the arena]

Tony Schiavone: "This is quite a scene, folks. The Four Horsemen have arrived and they're certainly making a statement tonight."

Scott Hudson: "I have a feeling we're going to be hearing a lot from Flair, Jarrett, and Bagwell tonight."

Bobby Heenan: "I just hope I can get one of those ladies' phone numbers before they leave!"

 Samoa Joe.gifimage.pngRoad Warrior Animal 5.gif

Samoa Joe vs.  Road Warrior Animal

The bell rings as Samoa Joe and Road Warrior Animal meet in the middle of the ring. Animal, using his experience and strength, manages to dominate Joe in the early moments of the match. He hits Joe with a series of powerful punches and body slams, but Joe refuses to stay down.

Joe manages to turn the tide of the match with a series of swift kicks and high-flying moves. He hits Animal with a powerful enzuigiri, followed by a devastating flying knee drop. Animal manages to kick out, but Joe keeps the pressure on with a series of submission holds.

Animal fights back with a fierce clothesline and a spinebuster, but Joe again kicks out. Animal goes for his signature finisher, the diving shoulder block, but Joe dodges it and hits him with a muscle buster. Joe covers Animal for the pinfall victory.

The crowd erupts as Joe celebrates his hard-fought victory over the legendary Road Warrior Animal. The announcers praise both men for putting on an incredible match, with Heenan joking that Animal should just retire.

The Jive Talkin' set is set up in the center of the ring, with a neon sign reading "Jive Talkin'" hanging above. The host, Disco Inferno is sitting on a couch with a microphone in hand.

Disco: "Welcome to Jive Talkin', the number one talk show in all of sports entertainment. Today we have a very special guest, Mr. Monday Night himself, Rob Van Dam!"

The crowd cheers as RVD's music hits and he walks down the ramp to the ring. Disco and RVD exchange greetings, but things quickly turn sour.

Disco: "Listen here, RVD. You've been stealing my spot on Monday nights. I'm the king of cool, the disco inferno, the man with the moves, and you're just a pothead who can do some flips."

RVD: "Whoa, whoa, whoa, Disco. That's not cool, man. I've been putting in work in this business for years, and I've earned my spot just like you have."

Disco: "Earned it? You just show up, smoke some weed, and do some kicks. That's not wrestling, that's a sideshow."

RVD: "Hey man, don't disrespect the art of professional wrestling. And don't act like you haven't smoked a joint or two in your day."

Disco: "I have never smoked a joint in my life! And I'm sick of you acting like you're better than me. How about we settle this at Bash at the Beach? Me and you, one on one, and I'll show you who the real star is."

RVD: "You're on, man. But just remember, when you're laid out on the mat, you'll wish you had some of my 'side show' skills."

The crowd cheers as RVD and Disco stare each other down. The segment ends as they shake hands, but the tension between them is palpable.

The camera cuts backstage to 3 Count, Evan Karagias, Kid Romeo, and Kid Ego, walking down the hallway, laughing and joking around. Suddenly, they bump into Shannon Moore, who looks agitated.

Shannon: "Hey guys, I've been trying to get in touch with you. You haven't been answering my calls or texts. What's going on?"

Evan Karagias: "Look, Shannon, we've just been busy, man. We've got a lot going on."

Kid Romeo: "Yeah, and we've got a new creative vision for our group. It's time for us to move on."

Shannon looks hurt and confused.

Shannon: "What do you mean, move on? What about our music, our friendship?"

Kid Ego: "Sorry, Shannon, but we've got to do what's best for us. Maybe we'll work together again someday, but for now, we've got to focus on our own careers."

Evan Karagias: "Yeah, it's nothing personal, man. We'll always be 3 Count, but it's time to move forward."

Shannon nods slowly, looking disappointed, as 3 Count walks away, leaving him standing alone in the hallway.

Hugh Morrus and Lash Leroux vs. America's Most Wanted

The match between America's Most Wanted and Hugh Morrus and Lash Leroux was a classic heel vs face encounter. AMW, composed of Chris Harris and James Storm, showed their dominance early on with aggressive moves and frequent tags. Morrus and Leroux managed to mount some offense with their high-flying moves and power slams, but it wasn't enough to overcome the crafty heels.

In the end, AMW finished off Morrus with their signature Death Sentence maneuver, a top rope leg drop/powerbomb combination, to secure the win. Despite the loss, Morrus and Leroux received a standing ovation from the crowd for their valiant effort.

Mean Gene Okerlund is standing backstage with Rick Steiner, looking to get some insight into what’s going through his mind after last week's attack.

Mean Gene: "Rick, last week we saw you, your brother Scott and Road Warrior Animal get taken out by Flair, Jarrett and Bagwell. What's going through your mind right now?"

Rick Steiner: "What's going through my mind? What do you think is going through my mind, Mean Gene? My brother is injured and those guys are gonna pay. They thought they could take us out, but they're wrong. I promise you, I will get my revenge for what they did. They messed with the wrong guy and they're gonna pay for it."

Mean Gene: "So what's your plan going forward?"

Rick Steiner: "My plan is to get back in that ring as soon as possible and take care of business. Those guys think they're tough, but they've never faced someone like me. And when they do, they're gonna regret it. So Flair, Jarrett, Bagwell, I hope you're listening, because I'm coming for you."

As the camera fades out, Rick Steiner looks determined and ready for a fight.

In a 14-minute match, CM Punk defeated Big Vito, despite the latter not getting much of a reaction from the crowd. The two wrestlers did not appear to have much chemistry in the ring. However, Punk was able to execute some of his signature moves, such as the Go 2 Sleep and Anaconda Vise, to secure the victory over Big Vito.

The camera cuts to the entrance ramp as Booker T's music hits and he makes his way to the ring. He's dressed in his ring gear and holding a microphone. The crowd is on their feet, cheering loudly.

Booker T: "Last week, Jeff Jarrett, you may have won the WCW World Heavyweight Championship, but you didn't beat me. I was never pinned. I want my rematch!"

The crowd roars in approval as Booker T paces the ring.

Suddenly, Eric Bischoff's music hits and the crowd boos as he makes his way down to the ring.

Bischoff: "Booker, you seem to be forgetting that there are no automatic rematches in WCW. And as for you not being pinned, that's too bad. Because you're not getting a shot at the title anytime soon."

Booker T looks furious and starts to argue with Bischoff, but he's cut off.

Bischoff: "In fact, we already have another contender chosen. And he's going to be revealed later tonight."

Booker T looks even more frustrated as Bischoff smirks and makes his way back up the ramp. The camera fades to the announcers' booth.

Schiavone: "What a bombshell from Bischoff! Who could this mystery contender be?"

Hudson: "Booker T looked like he was ready to explode out there."

Heenan: "Relax, Schiavone. Maybe it's just me, but I think Booker T needs to take a chill pill."

Dustin Rhodes is seen in the locker room looking dejected, sitting on a bench. Sting walks in and sees Dustin in this state.

Sting: "Hey, what's going on, man?"

Dustin Rhodes: "I'm just feeling down, Sting. I let myself down, I let my fans down, and most importantly, I let my father down. Losing to Flair was a huge blow."

Sting: "Hey, don't beat yourself up over it. Flair's tough, and he's got a lot of experience. You gave it your all, and that's all you can do."

Dustin Rhodes: "I know, but I still feel like I let everyone down. I need to make things right."

Sting: "Well, you've got a chance to do that tonight. You're facing Jeff Jarrett, and I know you can beat him."

Dustin Rhodes: "Thanks, Sting. I appreciate the vote of confidence. I'm going to give it my all and show everyone what I'm made of."

Sting: "That's the spirit, Dustin. You've got this."

The camera then fades to black as the two continue talking and preparing for the match.

Dustin Rhodes vs Jeff Jarrett

As Dustin Rhodes makes his way to the ring, Jeff Jarrett's music hits and he walks down with Ric Flair and Buff Bagwell. Jarrett and Rhodes exchange words in the ring before the bell rings.

The match begins with both wrestlers trading blows, with Rhodes gaining the upper hand early on. However, Jarrett turns the tide by using underhanded tactics, such as eye rakes and low blows.

Throughout the match, Flair and Bagwell make their presence felt at ringside, taunting Rhodes and distracting him whenever they can. The referee is distracted by Flair and Bagwell, allowing Jarrett to use a foreign object to hit Rhodes and get a near fall.

Rhodes fights back and hits his signature move, the bulldog, but Bagwell pulls the referee out of the ring to prevent the count. Flair then enters the ring and attacks Rhodes, allowing Jarrett to hit his finisher, the Stroke, for the pinfall victory.

______________________

After the match, Flair, Jarrett, and Bagwell celebrate in the ring, holding up the four fingers to signify the reformation of the Four Horsemen. As they leave the ring, the camera pans to Rhodes lying motionless in the ring, with medical personnel attending to him.

[Camera cuts to the Horsemen in the middle of the ring, celebrating their victory over Dustin Rhodes]

Flair: "Woo! That's how it's done, boys! Nobody can stop the Horsemen!"

[The crowd starts booing as Flair continues his promo]

Flair: "And to all you losers in the back, Goldberg, DDP, Booker T, and Sting, you better watch out because the Four Horsemen are coming for you!"

[Sting's music hits, and he comes out to the ramp to confront Flair]

Sting: "Flair, you can talk all you want, but I'm not interested in your games. I'm not the number one contender for your title."

Flair: "What are you talking about? You're the only one who deserves a shot at this title!"

[Kevin Nash's music hits, and he walks past Sting towards the ring]

Nash: "Hold up, Flair. You might want to reconsider that statement."

[The crowd erupts as Nash enters the ring and comes face-to-face with Jarrett]

Jarrett: "What the hell do you want, Big Sexy?"

Nash: "I want that belt."

[The Horsemen try to attack Nash, but he fights them off with ease]

DDP: "Hold up, boys. You might want to rethink that decision."

[DDP runs into the ring and hits a Diamond Cutter on Bagwell, while Nash hits a jackknife powerbomb on Flair. The crowd goes wild as Nash and DDP stand tall in the ring]

Nash: "Looks like we got ourselves a little showdown for that title, Jarrett."

[Jarrett escapes through the crowd with the championship belt as the show comes to a close]

The Sacramento Community Center erupts with excitement as the opening pyrotechnics light up the arena, and the announcers welcome us to the show.

Tony Schiavone: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to WCW! We have an incredible night of wrestling ahead of us!"

Bobby Heenan: "That's right, Tony! And I'm just glad I don't have to get in that ring tonight. I'm much too pretty for that."

Scott Hudson: "Well, we have some exciting matches lined up for tonight, including our main event between Diamond Dallas Page and Jeff Jarrett for the WCW World Heavyweight Championship."

Heenan: "I don't know about you guys, but I'm rooting for DDP. Jarrett's been walking around here like he owns the place."

Schiavone: "Well, before we get to our main event, we have some great matches lined up, including Hayabusa and Rob Van Dam taking on Chavo Guerrero Jr. and Disco Inferno."

Hudson: "And we have AJ Styles going up against Kid Ego. Styles has been on a hot streak lately, but Kid Ego is looking to make a name for himself in WCW."

Heenan: "And let's not forget about Corporal Punishment taking on Road Warrior Animal. That's going to be one intense match."

Schiavone: "And in a non-title match, we have Dustin Rhodes taking on Shane Douglas. These two have had some bad blood lately, and I'm sure they're looking to settle the score tonight."

Hudson: "And last but not least, we have Chuck Palumbo going up against CM Punk. Punk's been making waves with his straight edge lifestyle, but Palumbo is no slouch in the ring."

The announcers continue to hype up the matches and the crowd is ready for an exciting night of wrestling.

Hayabusa and Rob Van Dam vs. Chavo Guerrero Jr. and Disco Inferno

In this match, Hayabusa and Rob Van Dam faced off against Chavo Guerrero Jr. and Disco Inferno. The high-flying Hayabusa and RVD started off strong, showcasing their signature moves with Hayabusa hitting a flying elbow drop and RVD delivering a picture-perfect moonsault.

However, the tide turned in favor of Chavo and Disco as they grounded their opponents and worked over Hayabusa's leg. The resilient Hayabusa managed to tag in RVD, who came in like a house on fire, delivering his signature Rolling Thunder and hitting his opponent with a Five-Star Frog Splash.

But just when it looked like the match was in RVD and Hayabusa's hands, Chavo took advantage of a distracted referee and used the ropes as leverage to pin Hayabusa. The crowd erupted in boos as Chavo and Disco celebrated their controversial victory.

Despite the loss, RVD and Hayabusa showed their impressive athleticism and high-flying abilities, while Chavo and Disco proved to be cunning and opportunistic in their win.

The arena is dark as the crowd is eagerly waiting for the next segment. Suddenly, the sound of a screeching guitar echoes through the speakers, and the lights come on as Sting, the Icon, makes his way to the ring to a deafening roar from the crowd. He stands in the center of the ring, mic in hand, and begins to speak.

Sting: "Wooooo! Sacramento, are you ready to see the Icon? I've got something to get off my chest tonight. Ric Flair, I know you're back there listening. You and I have unfinished business."

The crowd erupts in cheers as Sting continues.

Sting: "Ric, you and I have been in this business for a long time. We've had some of the most epic battles in the history of professional wrestling. But, I feel like we have one more match left in us, and it needs to happen at Bash at the Beach."

Suddenly, Ric Flair's music hits, and he makes his way to the ring, strutting and taunting the crowd. He enters the ring and begins to speak.

Flair: "Sting, you're damn right we have unfinished business. You and I are bound to do this forever. But, let me tell you something. I'm the dirtiest player in the game, and I'm going to beat you at Bash at the Beach."

The crowd begins to boo as Flair continues.

Flair: "Stinger! I'm the Nature Boy, the greatest wrestler of all time. I've held more titles than you've had hot meals, and I'm going to prove it at Bash at the Beach."

Sting: "Ric, you can talk all you want, but at Bash at the Beach, it's going to be a different story. I'm the Icon, and I'm going to prove it once again."

Flair: "Woooo! You think you can beat me? You're out of your mind. But, you know what they say, to be the man, you've got to beat the man."

The crowd begins to chant "Sting, Sting, Sting!" as the two men stare each other down in the center of the ring.

Sting: "Ric, you're right. To be the man, you've got to beat the man. And at Bash at the Beach, I'm going to beat you."

Flair: "We'll see about that, Sting. Woooo!"

The two men stare each other down as Flair's music hits and he exits the ring, leaving Sting standing tall in the center of the ring as the crowd cheers him on.

The segment ends with Sting's catchphrase "The only thing for sure is nothing's for sure" and Flair's catchphrase "Woooo!"

AJ Styles vs Kid Ego

In the match between AJ Styles and Kid Ego, Styles dominated most of the match with his signature moves such as the Styles Clash and the Phenomenal Forearm. Kid Ego tried to fight back with some high-flying moves like the Shooting Star Press and a Moonsault, but Styles was able to counter and maintain control. The match ended with Styles hitting the Styles Clash on Kid Ego for the three count, winning the match in 11 minutes. Despite the impressive display of athleticism from both wrestlers, the crowd reaction was relatively subdued throughout the match.

As the match ends, Kid Ego jumps up and attempts to attack AJ Styles, but Styles quickly defends himself. Suddenly, Kid Romeo and Evan Karagias run to the ring to join in the assault on AJ Styles, making it three-on-one. AJ Styles valiantly tries to fight them off, but he's outnumbered.

Just when it seems like all hope is lost, Goldberg's theme music blasts over the loudspeakers, and the former world champion charges to the ring. Goldberg takes down Kid Romeo and Evan Karagias with ease, and the two run away in fear. Goldberg stares down Kid Ego, who wisely decides to back away from the ring, and raises AJ Styles' hand in victory.

Corporal Punishment vs. Road Warrior Animal

The match between Road Warrior Animal and Corporal Punishment was a one-sided affair, with Animal completely dominating his opponent. Animal hit Punishment with his signature move, the diving shoulder block, early in the match. Punishment tried to fight back with a few punches, but Animal shrugged them off and hit him with a powerful clothesline that sent him to the mat. Animal then delivered his finishing move, the running powerslam, to pick up the quick and decisive victory over Corporal Punishment in just 4 minutes.

Mean Gene Okerlund: Ladies and gentlemen, I am here with The Franchise, Shane Douglas. Shane, tonight you're facing Dustin Rhodes in a non-title match. What are your thoughts going into this match?

Shane Douglas: Well, Mean Gene, my thoughts are pretty simple. Dustin Rhodes is a great wrestler, no doubt about it. But let's look at the facts here. He's already lost to Ric Flair at The Great American Bash, he lost to the World Heavyweight Champion Jeff Jarrett, and now he's on his way to losing to the United States Champion. And let me tell you, Mean Gene, the US title is no consolation prize.

Mean Gene Okerlund: Strong words from the US Champion. What are you going to do to ensure victory tonight?

Shane Douglas: Well, Mean Gene, I'm going to do what I always do. I'm going to show the world why I'm The Franchise, the man who carries this company on his back. I'm going to dominate Dustin Rhodes in that ring tonight and show him and the world that the US title belongs around my waist. So, Dustin, bring your best game, because tonight you're stepping into the ring with the greatest US Champion of all time. And you, Mean Gene, better believe that.

Dustin Rhodes vs. Shane Douglas

The match between Dustin Rhodes and Shane Douglas was an intense one. Douglas entered the ring with a determined look on his face, and Rhodes followed soon after. The two wrestlers locked up in the middle of the ring, with neither able to gain an advantage at first. Douglas eventually got the upper hand with a few well-placed strikes, taking control of the match.

Rhodes managed to regain his footing, using his size and strength to overpower Douglas with some signature moves such as the bulldog and the spinebuster. But Douglas wasn't going down without a fight, using his technical skills to hit a belly-to-belly suplex and a crossface submission hold.

The match went back and forth for over 16 minutes, with the crowd on the edge of their seats the entire time. In the end, Rhodes managed to hit his finisher, the Curtain Call, on Douglas and pin him for the victory. The crowd erupted in cheers as Rhodes celebrated his hard-earned win.

Bagwell, Flair, and Jarrett are hanging backstage, laughing and joking around with each other when Kanyon approaches. He seems serious, and the Horsemen notice his presence.

Kanyon: "Hey guys, can I talk to you for a minute?"

Flair: "What's up, Kanyon?"

Kanyon: "I wanted to talk to you about something. I've been thinking about it for a while now, and I want to be the fourth Horseman."

Bagwell and Jarrett burst out laughing, but Flair doesn't find it funny.

Flair: "You want to be a Horseman? Kanyon, we don't need any more crazies in this group. We had enough of that in the past."

Kanyon looks down, clearly disappointed by Flair's words.

Kanyon: "I know I've been acting a little crazy lately, but I can control it. I want to prove myself to you guys. I want to be part of the best group in wrestling history."

Bagwell interrupts, still chuckling.

Bagwell: "Kanyon, come on. You're not exactly the type of guy we're looking for. We need someone who can bring something to the table. What do you have to offer?"

Kanyon looks at Bagwell, trying to keep his cool.

Kanyon: "I have a lot to offer. I'm a former United States Champion, and I've been in some of the most hardcore matches in wrestling history. I know I can be an asset to this group."

Jarrett, who has been quiet until now, speaks up.

Jarrett: "Look, Kanyon, we appreciate your interest. But the Horsemen aren't just some group you can join by asking. We have a certain standard, and we need to make sure whoever we bring in is the right fit."

Kanyon nods, clearly defeated.

Kanyon: "I understand. I just wanted to put my name out there. Thanks for your time."

Kanyon walks away as the Horsemen go back to their conversation, leaving him behind.

Chuck Palumbo vs. CM Punk

The match between CM Punk and Chuck Palumbo lasted for 13 minutes with both wrestlers putting on an impressive show of strength and athleticism. Throughout the match, Palumbo used his size advantage to dominate Punk with his powerful strikes and throws.

However, Punk showed his resilience by hitting Palumbo with a series of kicks and knee strikes, including his signature move, the "Go To Sleep." Just when it seemed like Punk was gaining the upper hand, Shannon Moore appeared at ringside, distracting Palumbo.

Seizing the opportunity, Punk hit Palumbo with a devastating clothesline, followed by a swift kick to the head for the victory. Despite the interference, Punk celebrated his win with Moore while Palumbo fumed in the ring, clearly frustrated with the outcome of the match.

The Insiders, Kevin Nash and Diamond Dallas Page, are seen backstage in a dimly lit room. Nash leans against a table, holding a can of soda, while DDP paces around.

Nash: "Let me tell you something, Mean Gene. Jeff Jarrett may have the WCW World Heavyweight Championship right now, but come Bash at the Beach, it's going to be around the waist of Big Sexy."

DDP nods in agreement.

DDP: "That's right, Kev. Jarrett and the Horsemen can talk all they want, but they're in for a rude awakening. The Insiders are coming for that title, and we're not leaving until it's ours."

Nash takes a swig of his soda before continuing.

Nash: "And let's not forget, D, we've got backup. The Horsemen may be a formidable group, but they're not ready for the kind of power we're bringing to the table."

DDP nods again.

DDP: "That's right, Kev. We've got each other's backs, and we've got the fans on our side. We're not backing down until we get what we came for."

Nash smirks.

Nash: "And Jarrett, if you're listening, you better start packing that championship belt, because it's coming home with the Insiders. And if you don't like it, tough luck."

DDP adds in a serious tone.

DDP: "Because as the saying goes, it's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog."

Nash nods in agreement.

Nash: "And let me tell you something, we've got a whole lot of fight left in us. So get ready, Jarrett. The Insiders are coming for you, and we're not taking no for an answer."

The camera fades to black as DDP and Nash stare down the lens.

Diamond Dallas Page vs Jeff Jarrett

Jeff Jarrett defeated Diamond Dallas Page in a hard-fought 18-minute match. DDP had control for the majority of the match, hitting his signature Diamond Cutter, but Jarrett managed to counter with a low blow followed by a Stroke for the win.

After the match, Buff and Jeff Jarrett attack Diamond Dallas Page, beating him down. Kevin Nash and Sting rush to the ring to help DDP, but they are outnumbered by Buff, Jarrett and Flair. The show ends with the Horsemen theme playing as the three men stand tall and celebrate their dominance.

The WCW Monday Nitro logo flashes on the screen, followed by a shot of the Chukchansi Gold Casino. The arena is packed with fans cheering and holding up their signs.

TONY SCHIAVONE: "Welcome to WCW Monday Nitro, live from the Chukchansi Gold Casino in California! I'm Tony Schiavone, and as always, I'm joined by Scott Hudson and Bobby 'The Brain' Heenan."

SCOTT HUDSON: "A couple of weeks ago, we witnessed a huge moment in WCW history, when Kevin Nash was announced as the new number one contender for the WCW World Championship."

BOBBY HEENAN: "That's right, Scott. Kevin Nash has a chance to take down Double J and become the new WCW World Champion. But first he needs to fend off the rest of the Horsemen, because last week he got punked."

TONY SCHIAVONE: "But tonight, we have a stacked card with some incredible matches. Let's run down what we can expect to see tonight on Nitro."

Cut to a graphic of the card for the night, with the matches and wrestlers' names listed.

TONY SCHIAVONE: "We've got Rey Misterio Jr. taking on James Storm, Brian Kendrick challenging Shane Helms for the WCW Cruiserweight title, and AJ Styles facing Elix Skipper."

SCOTT HUDSON: "Plus, we'll see The Mamalukes go up against Straight Edge Truth, Norman Smiley in action, and in our main event, it's The Four Horsemen - Ric Flair, Jeff Jarrett, and Buff Bagwell - taking on Sting and The Insiders."

BOBBY HEENAN: "I can't wait to see that main event, Tony. It's going to be a wild ride."

TONY SCHIAVONE: "Absolutely, Bobby. And we'll have all the action, right here on WCW Monday Nitro. Let's get started!"

Rey Mysterio vs James Storm

In a thrilling match between Rey Misterio Jr. and James Storm, the high-flying babyface emerged victorious after 12 minutes of intense action. Misterio Jr. dazzled the audience with his signature moves, including the 619 and the West Coast Pop, while Storm tried to ground his opponent with his power-based offense. However, in the end, it was Misterio Jr.'s agility and quickness that proved to be too much for Storm to handle. The audience erupted in cheers as Misterio Jr. celebrated his hard-earned victory.

The camera returns to the arena after an ad break, and Shane Helms is standing in the middle of the ring with a microphone in hand. He looks upset and determined as he starts speaking.

Shane Helms: "I am sick and tired of being overlooked. I am the WCW Cruiserweight Champion, and yet I don't have a match at Bash at the Beach? What kind of disrespect is that?"

The crowd starts to cheer in agreement with Helms.

Shane Helms: "And don't even get me started on Chavo and Hayabusa. What have they ever done to deserve a match at a pay-per-view? Nothing! They're just getting handed opportunities left and right while I'm out here working my butt off every week."

More cheers from the crowd as Helms paces around the ring.

Shane Helms: "So I'm issuing an open challenge for tonight. Any cruiserweight in the back who thinks they have what it takes to take this title from me can come out here and try. Because I am the Hurricane, and I am ready for anyone."

The crowd erupts with excitement as Helms drops the mic and awaits his opponent.

Suddenly, Brian Kendrick's music hits and he comes running down to the ring, ready to answer the open challenge.

Brian Kendrick: "I'm young, I'm hungry, and I'm ready to prove myself. Give me that title shot!"

Shane Helms, a little surprised, looks around at the crowd before responding.

Shane Helms: "Well, I did say I was open to anyone. Alright, you're on!"

The bell rings, and the match begins. Kendrick shows impressive agility and high-flying maneuvers, but Helms is able to counter each one with his experience and technical skills. Kendrick hits a sliced bread #2 and a top-rope dropkick, but Helms is able to kick out each time.

As the match wears on, Helms takes control with a series of hard-hitting moves, including a shining wizard and a vertebreaker. Kendrick tries to rally, but Helms ultimately puts him away with a devastating Nightmare on Helms Street.

The referee counts to three, and Helms is declared the winner, successfully retaining his WCW Cruiserweight title.

Shane Helms: "You put up a great fight, Brian, but I'm still the Cruiserweight champion! And I'm going to hold onto this title for a long time to come!"

The crowd cheers as Helms holds up his title in victory, signaling the end of the match.

Dustin Rhodes is seen sitting on a bench with his head down as Sting enters the locker room. Sting approaches him and pats him on the back.

Sting: Hey there, Dustin. How are you feeling after your match with Jeff Jarrett?

Dustin: (looking up) I'm feeling frustrated, Sting. I lost to Jarrett, and now I see you teaming up with Nash and DDP. What's going on?

Sting: (sighs) Dustin, you're a part of Project Prodigy, but right now, Nash and DDP are focused on taking down the Four Horsemen, and we need all the help we can get. Jarrett is the champion, and they want to take him down.

Dustin: I get that, but we're all part of the same group. Why can't we work together on this?

Sting: (shakes his head) Dustin, you know how it is with the Horsemen. They're our biggest rivals right now. We need to focus on taking them down, and if we can take down their champion in the process, all the better.

Dustin: (pauses) I guess I see your point. But what about Samoa Joe? He's a part of Project Prodigy too.

Sting: (nodding) I know, and I've been talking to him as well. But right now, we need to focus on taking down the Horsemen. We'll regroup as a team after we're done with them.

Dustin: (nods) Okay, I understand. Let's take those Horsemen down.

The camera cuts to the backstage area where Booker T is standing with Mean Gene. Booker T is wearing his ring gear and has a determined look on his face.

Mean Gene: Ladies and gentlemen, I'm here with Booker T. Booker, what's going through your mind right now?

Booker T: Mean Gene, what's going through my mind is that Jeff Jarrett won that championship without even beating me. I've never been pinned for that title, and I deserve a rematch.

As Booker T is talking, he is interrupted by Team Canada members Lance Storm and Mike Awesome. They walk up to Booker T, looking smug.

Lance Storm: Excuse me, Booker. We couldn't help but overhear you talking about the WCW World Heavyweight Championship.

Mike Awesome: Yeah, and we think you're living in the past, man. Jarrett is the champ now, and you're not getting a shot anytime soon.

Booker T: (getting in their face) Who asked you? This is between me and Mean Gene.

Lance Storm: (pushing Booker T) Hey, watch it! We're just giving our opinion.

Mike Awesome: (stepping forward) Yeah, and we don't appreciate you disrespecting the champ.

Booker T: (smiling) You know what, boys? I think I've had enough of your opinions. Why don't one of you step up and face me this Sunday at Bash at the Beach?

Lance Storm and Mike Awesome exchange a look before Lance Storm steps forward.

Lance Storm: You're on, Booker. But just so you know, Team Canada always comes out on top.

Booker T: (grinning) We'll see about that.

The camera fades to black as Booker T and Lance Storm continue to stare each other down.

AJ Styles vs Elix Skipper

In a high-octane matchup, AJ Styles took on Elix Skipper in a closely contested 11-minute battle. Both wrestlers demonstrated their athletic ability with a series of impressive moves, including Skipper's signature leapfrog leg drop and Styles' phenomenal forearm. However, it was Styles who emerged victorious after hitting his patented Styles Clash finisher, securing the three-count and the win.

The camera cuts to Buff Bagwell, who is standing backstage, with a microphone in his hand. He begins to speak, with his signature grin on his face.

Buff Bagwell: "Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, children of all ages. Buff Daddy is back, and better than ever. You know why? Because I've got Diamond Dallas Page's number. That's right, he can't hang with me in that ring, and I'm gonna prove it to him this Sunday at Bash at the Beach."

The crowd boos, but Bagwell ignores them and continues.

Buff Bagwell: "And Kevin Nash, don't think for a second that you can count on DDP to have your back. I'll make sure he won't be there, so you better watch your back. But let's be real here, you don't stand a chance against Double J. And after he's done with you, he'll be the WCW World Champion once again."

Bagwell pauses for a moment and adjusts his sunglasses before continuing.

Buff Bagwell: "And to all my Buff Daddy fans out there, I promise you that I'll continue to be the stuff, and the girls will continue to swoon. Because Buff is the stuff, and the stuff is Buff."

With that, Bagwell drops the microphone and struts off camera, as the crowd continues to boo.

Joe: "Yeah, sure man. What's up?"

Dustin: "I just wanted to ask you about Sting teaming up with Nash and DDP instead of us for the match against the Horsemen."

Joe looks at Dustin for a moment, clearly not impressed with the question.

Joe: "Look man, we're a part of Project Prodigy because of Sting, but that doesn't mean he owes us anything. He can team with whoever he wants to take down the Horsemen, and right now, that's Nash and DDP."

Dustin nods his head, realizing Joe has a point.

Dustin: "I guess you're right. It's just that we've been through a lot together as a group, and it feels like we should be fighting together."

Joe: "I get where you're coming from, but we've got to trust Sting's judgement. He's been doing this a lot longer than any of us, and if he thinks this is the best way to take down the Horsemen, then we've got to go with it."

Dustin nods his head in agreement, and the two men share a brief moment of silence.

Dustin: "Thanks, Joe. I appreciate your input."

Joe nods and walks away as Dustin continues down the hallway, looking deep in thought.

The Mamalukes vs Straight Edge Truth

In a hard-fought tag team match, Straight Edge Truth consisting of CM Punk and Shannon Moore defeated The Mamalukes made up of Big Vito and Johnny the Bull in a 13 minute match. The Mamalukes tried to use their power advantage but were met with the speed and agility of Straight Edge Truth. CM Punk hit a series of high-flying moves and submission holds while Shannon Moore dazzled with his acrobatic maneuvers. The Mamalukes fought back with their signature double-team moves, but in the end, they fell to a combination of Moore's Mooregasm and Punk's Go to Sleep finisher. The crowd response was moderate, with a mix of cheers and boos for both teams.

After their victory over The Mamalukes, Straight Edge Truth, CM Punk, and Shannon Moore stand in the ring. Punk, with a smug look on his face, takes the microphone.

Punk: "Ladies and gentlemen, it looks like we've got ourselves a winning streak going! And you know what's better than one victory? Two victories! And that's exactly what we're going to get next Sunday at Bash at the Beach."

The crowd boos as Punk continues to speak.

Punk: "That's right, Straight Edge Truth is going to win the WCW Tag Team Championships, and we're going to do it the right way, the straight edge way. We don't need drugs, we don't need alcohol, we don't need anything that clouds our judgment or weakens our bodies. We're pure, we're focused, and we're winners."

Moore nods in agreement as Punk paces around the ring.

Punk: "Now, I know there are some people out there who don't like us. They don't like our message, they don't like our attitude. But you know what? We don't care. We're not here to make friends, we're here to win championships. And we're going to do it by any means necessary."

The crowd continues to boo as Punk raises his arms in triumph.

Punk: "And for those of you who are doubting us, who think that we're just a flash in the pan, I've got news for you. We're not going anywhere. We're here to stay, and we're going to dominate this tag team division. So get ready, Palumbo and O’Haire, because Straight Edge Truth is coming for those titles."

Moore takes the microphone from Punk and speaks up for the first time.

Moore: "You heard him, folks. We're not just any tag team, we're Straight Edge Truth. And we're going to prove to the world that the straight edge lifestyle is the best way to live. We're going to show everyone what we're made of, and we're going to take those titles home with us."

The crowd continues to boo as Straight Edge Truth leaves the ring, pumped up and ready for their upcoming title match.

Road Warrior Animal: Hey, Joe. You got a minute?

Samoa Joe: [turns to face Animal] What do you want?

Road Warrior Animal: You know damn well what I want. I want another shot at you. You may have gotten lucky the last couple of times, but I know I can take you down.

Samoa Joe: [smirks] Lucky? Animal, you and I both know that my victories over you were no fluke. I beat you fair and square, twice.

Road Warrior Animal: [getting more heated] Fair and square? You call choking me out from behind fair and square?

Samoa Joe: [holds up his hands] Hey, I did what I had to do to win. You know how it is.

Road Warrior Animal: [shakes his head] I don't buy it, Joe. You may be the top dog around here now, but mark my words, I will take you down.

Samoa Joe: [smiling confidently] Anytime, anywhere, Animal. You name the time and place, and I'll be there, ready for a fight.

[Animal scowls and shakes his head as the scene fades to black.]

[Nash, Sting, and DDP are in a locker room talking]

Nash: Alright boys, we need to have a game plan for tonight. We all have our differences, but we need to be on the same page if we want to beat the Horsemen.

Sting: I agree, but I have to be honest, I don't fully trust you two.

DDP: Hey man, we're all in this together. We gotta put our egos aside and focus on the task at hand.

Sting: I know, I know. It's just that I've been betrayed too many times in this business. I can't afford to let my guard down.

Nash: Look, Sting, I get it. But you know me, man. We go way back. And DDP, he's proven himself to be a reliable partner.

DDP: Damn right, Big Sexy. We got this.

Sting: Alright, I'll trust you guys. But if anything goes wrong, you'll have to answer to the Stinger.

Nash: Fair enough. Now let's go out there and show the Horsemen what we're made of.

[They all fist bump and leave the locker room]

Sting and The Insiders vs The Horsemen (Ric Flair, Jeff Jarrett and Buff Bagwell)

As the bell rings, the match starts with Sting and Jeff Jarrett in the ring. The two men engage in a heated exchange of strikes and grapples, with both trying to gain the upper hand. Ric Flair and DDP are tagged in, and Flair takes control, showcasing his classic chops and figure-four leglock. Kevin Nash tags in and delivers some heavy blows to Bagwell, who quickly tags out to Jarrett.

As the match continues, Jarrett repeatedly tags in and out, avoiding any prolonged one-on-one encounters with Nash. This tactic frustrates Nash, and he becomes more and more agitated as the match goes on. Eventually, Jarrett makes the mistake of taunting Nash from outside the ring, which causes Nash to snap and hit him with a blatant low blow. The referee immediately calls for the disqualification, and the Horsemen win the match.

After the match, a brawl ensues, with all six men trading blows and trying to gain the upper hand. In the end, Sting and the Insiders come out on top, with Nash holding Jarrett's world championship belt as the show comes to a close.

As for the fourth Horsemen member, you're just gonna have to wait and see, because Buff Bagwell is all about surprises. From the moment the bell rang, Goldberg asserted his dominance, unleashing his explosive power and overwhelming Kid Ego and Karagias with his brute strength. The ring shook with each thunderous slam and bone-rattling spear from the unstoppable force known as Goldberg.

However, the tides shifted when Kid Romeo, lurking on the outside, decided to interfere. Seizing the opportunity, he distracted Goldberg, allowing Karagias and Kid Ego to capitalize on the distraction and launch a relentless assault on the outnumbered AJ Styles.

❤️

O Opener foi fixe, esperava outro resultado, mas fiquei curioso com o desfecho.

E já conseguiste criar uma tag division bem engraçada, com o Punk e o Styles a crescerem na mesma. Genius booking, será que ainda se cruzam?

Hayabusa a jobbar, @Hawkeye will be mad!

Oh o Dustin. Vai ser engraçado...

Kevin Nash: So, Jarrett, enjoy your time with that title while you can because when the dust settles, Big Sexy will be standing tall as the new World Heavyweight Champion.
