Podia fazer aqui ou criar uma thread. Acho que deve dar para arranjar perto de 50 nomes na boa (sub23). Ia-se lançando jogadores separadamente e com breves descrições.

 

O que acham disto? Haveria abertura para um formato de top, com as suas subjectividades? Ou seria redundante uma lista que ainda assim contaria com muitos nomes conhecidos?

What did you learn from the awful second half of last season?

We need to be aware about what happened. After a good first half we've lost focus and rhythm, throwing all away in January. We have to learn from this, understand that we need to keep training and playing with the same mentality of the last matches in order to avoid making the same mistake twice.

What are you training under Pioli?

Mainly on the head, our concentration. It's the most important thing. We can't hang to excuses about the phisical form, we're in January, there's still half season ahead.

What changed under Pioli?

He changed our mentality, he gave everyone a new trust, even to those that played little under De Boer. Some of them are still playing too little, but they're more involved.

Our situation under De Boer was unbearable. Those who didn't play much were really unhappy and weren't even partecipating to the goal's exultations, our happiest moments. The air has changed under Pioli, even who plays less feels more involved in the project and is happier.

We don't have to think of it that way or we'll make the same mistake of the first half season. We used to read the fixtures and think that we could win them all on the paper, then we've lost some points. Serie A doesn't forgive you...

What do you mean?

When you strengthen your opponent's confidence it's harder to overturn the match. It doesn't matter who is your opponent. We made that mistake too many times. That's why we've to think one match at the time.

Do you percieve the size of Suning's project?

Yes, clearly. And it's exciting to be so involved. The objective of the new owners is to return to the Champions League, the trophy with the best visibility and that historically belongs to Inter. It was that way with Moratti, with Thohir there was the intention and now with the Zhang family it's our main goal. The project is founded on the great passion and desire of Suning.

Are you ready to welcome more champions?

Every aquisition is always welcome in our Inter family. The new owner wants to purchase some fantastic players that will help us climb the league and go forward in Europe. But we've to stay focused, think of the field and keep the group tight in order to reach the 3rd spot this year. Only this way we'll help Suning in his goal to bring Inter back on top of Italy first and Europe later.

It's normal that the people had high expectations about him, but italian football doesn't play nicely to the youngsters, it demands answers right away. He needs time to work and he's doing it very well, day by day.

You're only 23yo but you didn't need too much time to acclimatize...

It was different for me. I grew up as a player in Italy, I've built my carreer here. It's different for Gabriel. That's the difference between us.

Pinamonti is even younger, born in 1999: do you see a small Icardi in him?

I see a humble boy, that doesn't talk too much, that applies and listens. These are all qualities when you've that age. When he played against Sparta Prague in Europa League I advised him to not over-do things, to play as if he was still in the youth team, or it would have been worst. Then he proceeded to make an assist for Eder's goal.

Can we imagine an attacking couple Icardi-Pinamonti?

It would be great to play with him in the future! He's more mature than his age, maybe we'll see him among the first team soon enough.

Do you feel more mature than your 23 years?

My teammates says that to me and I agree. They tell me I show a 30 years-old personality. Leaving my home a 13yo to move to Barcellona has accelerated my maturity. I feel mature on the field and even on my day-to-day life.

How do you see yourself in 10 years? Maybe with some Scudetti and a Champions on your bed?

I really wish to raise many trophies with Inter. I wish to raise them even earlier than 10 years. I chose to come to Inter because I'm an Inter fan and because I wanted to win with this jersey.

Argentina still doesn't call you in the NT: do you regret choosing to not play for Italy?

If today I'm this person and this player, I own it to Italy. But my dream is to play for Argentina, that's why I don't regret rejecting Italy's proposal. My objective is to play well and change the coach mind. I'm also aware of still being young, and that the NT has the strongest forward in the world. I live this situation with peace of mind.

It seems that the new owners want an italian soul for the team: what do you think?

I think the player's nationality is not important. All that matters is that they've hearth, soul and good foots. All that matters is winning. Historically Inter had many foreign players. That's why this hipotetical decision seems a "news".

Can you aim for the Scudetto next year?

That's what we're working for, to reduce the distance from Juventus that won the last 5 leagues. That's the society's and the team's goal.

Do you know Gagliardini?

Not personally, but I've seen him play. Should he arrive, he would be really welcome. He would be another black-and-blue brother.

Recently Jovetic's agent expressed disappointment for your reletions with him. He claimed that the line-up was decided not by the coach, but by the captain.

It's unthinkable that a player can choose who plays and who not. I've never decided a formation. Otherwise, what's a coach needed for?

Facilmente se consegue arranjar alguns membros com bastante conhecimento de outros campeonatos, eu a liga italiana não conheço assim muitos por exemplo.

Seria um claro upgrade ao Evra, mas o Asamoah tem estado impecável como lateral esquerdo na ausencia do Alex Sandro, portanto a Juve até nem está mal servida.
