Eu bem te disse que ele era o mais 10 dos nossos oitos 8) Mas foi a maior surpresa positiva este ano no Sporting, para mim, não o conhecia assim tão bem e "descobri" aqui um talento enorme, que tem tudo para singrar no Sporting.

E até pode ser que tenha uma oportunidade na pré-época. Quer dizer, do nada, afinal temos aqui jogadores para jogar na posição 10. Não é preciso ir gastar dinheiro à toa...

Valor é o que não falta e acredito que muitos deles podem agarrar um lugar na equipa principal.

E para além desses ainda há A.Geraldes, Esgaio, Iuri, Gauld, Rubio, entre outros. É praticamente impossível todos ficarem mas é possível suprir algumas saídas com estes elementos e completar o plantel com 2 ou 3 reforços de qualidade.

Deixar aqui uma análise que fiz noutro site sobre a época da equipa B. Está em inglês e tem alguns erros que não reparei quando escrevi :mrgreen:

 

 

First of all, I'd like to congratulate João de Deus for his work with this squad. We had a tough first half of the season, but he still managed to keep the squad together and pull off a brilliant run until the end of the season.

 

I fully aggree with joaommx analysis of the disappointments. As for the standouts, I'll try to make a brief analysis of our most used players:

 

Luís Ribeiro: One of the main highlights of our season. Until January, when we were struggling to find our way, he had hero performances that kept us safe from hitting the bottom. After João de Deus arrived, we managed to "clean the house" and became more organized. He showed consistency until the end and made very few mistakes, which is something he was lacking in the previous seasons. Judging by his evolution and his age (23), it really doesn't make sense to keep him in the B squad, i'd be happy with a loan or a promotion, as Patrício's backup. Guilherme Oliveira or Pedro Silva are more than ready to fill his place in the B squad.

 

Mica Pinto: He's not the most talented guy we have, and I doubt he's got what it takes to play for our first squad, but he has showed improvement as well. He deserves a chance in the major league, and I think there are many squads that could use him on a regular basis.

 

Sambinha: Ended the season in great shape. His experience with João de Deus has been great, he's full of confidence (he was very nervous on the first half of the season, which led to some shaky performances) and looks like a solid CB to keep playing for our B squad.

 

Nuno Reis: It's time to end the cycle. He never reached the level we'd expect him to reach, and it's not enough to play for the first squad. Still, he had a solid season, and his leadership was very important on the field. His contract ends in June if i'm not mistaken, and we'll probably let him go, giving Domingos Duarte more space to evolve.

 

Mauro Riquicho: Well, not sure what to expect from him. He had a decent seaosn, with a few mistakes, but he's still 20 years old. It's his 3rd season on the B squad, but since we don't have anyone else for the spot i'd keep him on the B squad for another year.

 

Ramy Rabia: A very interesting player on some occasions and a complete disaster on others. He needs to show consistency if he wants to reach the first squad. If he doesn't get loaned out, he should stay on the B squad and fight with Palhinha for the DM position.

 

Wallyson: It's time to let his genius shine for out first squad. Another brilliant season, being arguably the MVP. He's the kind of player that I really believe once we give him an opportunity, he won't leave the starting 11. We need him on the first squad, and he's got everything it takes to be one of the most important footballers of our A squad.

 

Francisco Geraldes: Caught everyone by surprise. He wasn't looked at as one of the most promising players we have, but once he started playing he showed class. A very elegant midfielder, capable of covering a very large portion of the field. Like Sambinha, he really benefited from João de Deus. We have a packed midfield on the first squad, which means he should stay and be one of the most important players of our B squad next season, at least until January.

 

Ryan Gauld: Solid season. I think his playing style will surprise many people when he reaches the A squad. He's not the kind of player that will pick up the ball, run past 2/3 defenders and create a chance. He's a cerebral midfielder, who knows how to temporize the attack, how to distribute the ball with precision and with the vision to make brilliant assists. He has the rare ability to measure tempos: he knows exactly where he needs to be, when he needs to be there, and knows where he or the ball needs to go. He's very mature, which I wasn't expecting. He often wen't unnoticed throughout the matches, but he was a very mportant member of the team. He'll be promoted to the first squad, where he'll hopefully get regular playing time.

 

Ousmane Dramé: I really like Dramé. He was very influential, and his determination lead him to create some very interesting moments. He's a competitive beast: He'll run up and down the field, he's always avaliable to get the ball, and he'll run fearlessly through defenders. If he gets loaned out to a 1st division squad, I'll leave my bet right here: he'll become one of the highlights of the season. Personally, and especially since it looks like we're going to be short on wingers, I'd give hime the pre-season with the A squad.

 

Gelson Martins: Exponential growth. We all know what he can do, but our "little Nani" raised the bar: he showed tactical awareness (again, kudos to João de Deus) and defensive skills (even played as RB in some occasions). Another contender for MVP of the season. He'll be a very important player of our A squad in the future, I'm sure of it. As for now, he should at least make the pre-season.

 

Daniel Podence: Packed with talent, which he showed during the first half of the season (he was on his way to be a serious contender for MVP), but he failed to keep his concistency until the end of the season (his injury didn't help as well). I still have faith in him, and I would keep him on the B squad until January.

 

Haidi Sacko: Overall, a decent season. Still, he needs to play as a striker. He's fast, strong and a great shooter. When he plays on the wings, his lack of dribbling skills is notorious, which lead to some embarassing performances, but as a striker, he knows how to move, how to hold the ball and where he needs to be. As for the future, either a loan or another season on the B squad.

 

Diego Rubio: Not sure what to expect from Rubio. It's true that he scored tons of goals, some of them we're absolutely beautiful, but I'm not sure if he's got what it takes to be "the" striker we need. Competition is fierce, but he earned his way to the first squad pre-season.

O que diz a notícia (entretanto consegui ler) é que estão na calha para a pré-época, o que é diferente. Nisso acredito. Que fiquem todos no plantel é que já não acredito.

 

Por mim, dos emprestados/B, ficavam Esgaio (lateral direito), Wallyson (6/8), Gauld (10), Iuri (extremo) e eventualmente o Gélson ou o Matheus (extremos), dependendo de como lhes correr a pré-época, e o Chaby (10), se não chegar mais ninguém para a posição. De resto, emprestava-se o Mica (se alguém lhe pegar), o Dramé e o Sacko a equipas da 1ª Liga.

Pelo que mostrou e por aquilo que acredito que vai mostrar no mundial sub-20 mais rapidamente vejo o Gélson a integrar a equipa principal do que o Matheus.

Por mim fazem todos esses a pré-época (e mais uns quantos). Temos demasiado talento a ganhar pó na B para nos darmos ao luxo de os desaproveitarmos, e quantos mais se afirmarem como boas opções na A, mais dinheiro se pode canalizar para as áreas mais deficitárias.

 

Já agora, não meto as mãos no fogo pela promoção do Gauld. A gestão dele tem sido demasiado imprevisível e acho que a estrutura está a adotar uma postura conservadora com medo que dê em flop.

Sem dúvida.

 

Por mim, a receita é simples: concentrar todos os trocos para 3/4 reforços de qualidade, que venham acrescentar clara qualidade ao plantel. Depois, aproveitar ao máximo o que cá temos. E temos muita qualidade a ser mal aproveitada ou a não ser aproveitada de todo.

Wallyson, Iuri, Esgaio, Gauld acho que têm claras condições para ficar no plantel. A "rodagem" está feita, portanto é hora de apostar neles, E com as saídas previsíveis de Cédric, Capel, Mané, Adrien ou AM há mais do que espaço.

Treinou o Filipe Chaby, das escolas do Sporting. Jogador que chegou em janeiro, por empréstimo e que ainda não se afirmou em Alvalade. Acredita que 2015/2016 pode ser esse ano de afirmação?

A meu ver, penso que precisa ainda de crescer e maturar fora do Sporting. Acho que em Alvalade terá poucas possibilidades de êxito e fora poderá continuar a crescer, porque tem um fator muito importante num jogador: talento. Mas precisa de melhorar as suas qualidades cógnitivas e físicas por forma a conseguir suportar o talento que tem. Se continuar fora do Sporting será benéfico para ele.

Vou dizer exactamente aquilo que já disse noutro lado sobre isso: para aquilo que me interessa sobre o Chaby e sobre as suas qualidades, a opinião do Vítor Oliveira interessa-me 0. Até porque ele não disse aquilo a pensar no futuro do Chaby no Sporting, por muito que ele pense o contrário.
