eu comecei a ver o big little lies ha uns meses, so vi 1 ep e meio, demasiado série de gaja para o meu gosto :lol: não aguentei e apaguei logo tudo

Aparentemente há mais história na comic (depois do que aconteceu no fim da série - vi agora) mas o final da série foi diferente e não me parece que haja por onde pegar para uma segunda season.

 

Mas também pode acontecer algo tipo isto (Para não te estar a spoiler com cenas da comic no site onde estou a ler):

 

Such a bleak and emphatic ending certainly lends more finality to the story, and the change from page to screen could indicate that there’s more to come from the television adaptation. Alyssa wasn’t shown to be in mourning. No one talked about James. In the Netflix version, he could still be alive.

 

But he doesn’t have to be for the series to continue. If anything, the first season transitioned from James’ story to Alyssa’s; starting with a stronger focus on a young boy’s predisposition toward killing animals (and pursuing a life as a serial killer) before slowly becoming a complex portrait of a rebellious teenage girl working through a particularly painful adolescence. James’ life may have ended and ended very well, in terms of his tragic arc — just as he discovered his purpose in life was greater than studying his fascination with death — but Alyssa’s is going to go on; how she moves forward with the lesson learned in her young romantic relationship is a compelling question.

One would hope Alyssa discovering light in a world of darkness through her time with James will encourage her to seek that kind of happiness again and again. But it could easily have the opposite effect — one more in line with the comic. James, her one light, went out, and it could be hard to reignite. The conflict between Alyssa’s two paths post-trauma could be explored in very interesting ways, be it through a change in venue, another educational adventure, or the introduction of a new person in her life (perhaps a platonic friend).

 

And even though James’ arc is tremendous (more so because of its devastating final note), he doesn’t have to leave the show to avoid blemishing the first season’s beauty. There are ways for the story to continue with James in it, be it in flashback, survival, or as a f***ing ghost, who knows? All of these ideas are risky on paper, but so is writing a series with as much narration as dialogue. Covell has proven she’s got a good grip on this story, its characters, and when and how to change things up from the source material. To claim anyone knows better than she does — especially if Season 2 is a collaboration with all creative parties — seems presumptuous.

tinha ideia que a serie ja tinha sido renovada pra uma 2ª temporada

a serie so faz sentido com os dois imo, a quimica estupidamente estranha entre os dois é muito boa

E já agora, algum sitio adonde possa ver resumos dos episódios de TWD? Só naquela de.não perder tempo a ver episódios merdosos, mas manter-me a par. se bem que já fui spoilado da única coisa importante que deve ter acontecido

O comic de The End of The Fucking World é um bocado... m*rda. A série salvou o comic.

Vi o 1º episódio e também fiquei um bocado meh. Mas vou continuar a ver e espero que o nível suba nos próximos episódios.

Só ontem terminei a quarta temporada de Black Mirror. Gostei muito mais do sexto episódio do que do quarto. São, de facto, os melhores da temporada, a grande distância de todos os outros. O quinto então, o dos dogs... :lol:

O Black Musuem de Black Mirror deve ser o episódio mais overrated de sempre. Cheio de m*rda que não faz nenhum sentido, e de clichés desnecessários. Esta temporada foi muito pior que as outras. Tinha as expectativas altas e depois só se safam "a sério" só o Hang the DJ e, numa escala menor, o Arkangel e o e USS Callister

Que é a pior de todas as temporadas, concordo. Para mim, só o Hang the DJ e o Black Museum foram verdadeiramente bons episódios. Arkangel vê-se bem, mas vem num nível abaixo. Os outros episódios não valem a pena. O pior de todos é mesmo o Metalhead.

 

Próxima série que devo ver é mesmo The Handmaid's Tale. Já ouvi falar muito bem, já ouvir dizer que é sobrevalorizada... Vamos ver.

Menos este. Este é o pior. Péssimo, mesmo.

Desta temporada de Black Mirror só achei realmente bons o Hang the DJ e o Crocodile. Mas ainda me falta ver o Black Museum. O Metalhead achei muito fraquinho e sem grande interesse nem contexto.
