Realmente aquele fórum não tem nada a ver com este, mas se todos colaborarmos pode ser que chegue aos calcanhares deste o que já era muito bom :)

 

É normal que um fórum de um jogo que tem 6 meses tenha aquela actividade....

 

Repara que o fórum tem 6 meses e já tem, 11526 msg, 703 tópicos e 449 utilizadores... nada mau para 6 meses ;)

 

Mas sim, com a nova versão o jogo vai ficar muito mais interessante.. e tb com os tutorial que se estão a fazer, as pessoas vai compreender melhor o jogo... que é bastante complexo parecendo que não!..

Eu gosto de ir a fóruns que de hora a hora, já tenham muitos posts novos, aquele nem por isso(tens poucos posts novos)... mas pronto continuo a la ir.

Eu só me faz confusão porque dizem maravilhas do fórum, mas não é assim tão maravilhoso digo eu...

É fixe para discutir cenas importantes sobre o jogo, mas tipo tem pouca adesão e fica monótono.

Eu não disse que não gostava de ir ao fórum, apenas disse que é pouco movimentado.

 

Concordo ctg... mas Erepublik é um jogo diferente do FM por exemplo...

 

É muito mais difícil trabalhar em equipa com pessoas desconhecidas, online... do que criar um jogo alone, e ir jogando de vez em quando...

 

Não há muito tempo para brincadeiras, as pessoas mais activas do jogo parecendo que não, estão sempre a buscar novas ideias, para melhorar a nossa economia, e acima de tudo a nossa organização! Duvido que encontres no e-mundo um país melhor organizado que o nosso, duvido muito ;)

Cada mayor recebe sempre uma msg cada vez que outro mayor muda alguma coisa na sua cidade....

 

Não é possível ver os impostos de outras cidades a não a der a minha ( Lisboa ), mas segundo sei, as pessoas concordaram a por os impostos a 0...

 

porquê? simples...

 

os impostos basicamente serve para que a cidade ganhe algum dinheiro ( para comprar hospitais mais precisamente, por enquanto ainda so serve para isso ), mas como o estado financia isso, o impostos ficam a 0...

 

Antigamente ser mayor tinha mais responsabilidade, agora tem pouco mesmo... muito pouca!

 

Muitas pessoas criticam o estado, mais precisamente o senado, por ser fascista, e bla bla bla... mas as pessoas não sabem que se essas pessoas não tivessem agido como agiram, Portugal era um pais do 3º mundo... pouco gente teve tomates para se chegar à frente...

 

Essa ultima foi mais para as pessoas que gostam de criticar o actual estado e-português ;)

1. Your relationship with PENICO and the President of PENICO

 

1.1 Your use of PENICO's Simulated Organizations Accounts and Companies (referred to the collectively as the "PENICO" in this document including any addition or modification of the Companies or SOs) is subject to the terms of a agreement between you and the President of PENICO. This document explains how the agreement is made up and sets out the terms of that agreement.

 

1.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the President of PENICO, your agreement with the President of PENICO will always include, at a minimum, the terms and conditions set out in this document which form a legally binding agreement between you and The President of PENICO in relation to your use of the PENICO. 2. Accepting the Terms and Membership

 

2.1 In order to use the PENICO, you must firstly agree to the Terms. You may not use the PENICO if you do not accept the Terms.

 

2.2 You can accept the Terms by signing below "I agree with the Contract terms".

 

2.3 Your PENICO membership begins with the provision of access to some or all PENICO provided by the President of PENICO.

 

2.4 You acknowledge that the PENICO membership is given at the President of PENICO sole discretion.

 

3. Provision of access to PENICO

 

3.1 PENICO is constantly innovating. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the PENICO may change from time to time without prior notice to you.

 

3.2 As part of this continuing innovation, you acknowledge and agree that the President of PENICO may remove (permanently or temporarily) your access to the PENICO (or any specific SO or Company) at the President of PENICO sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You may stop using your access to PENICO at any time. You do not need to specifically inform the President of PENICO when you stop.

 

3.3 To keep the password safe, please do not disclose it to any other person, does not apply for the President of PENICO. To ensure more the safety of your access to PENICO, you must keep your computer free of viruses and other malicious code including Trojans. To protect the data confidentiality (user name, e-mail, password), you may not share those with or transfer them to any third parties. You must notify the admin and the President of PENICO immediately of any unauthorized use of them or any other breach of security that comes to your attention.

 

4. Use of the PENICO by you

 

You agree to use the access to the PENICO only for purposes that are permitted by (a) the Terms and (b) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.

 

5. Ending your relationship with the PENICO

 

5.1 The Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or the President of PENICO as set out below.

 

5.2 If you want to terminate your legal agreement with PENICO, you may do so by posting here "I want to close this contract" and inform the President of PENICO at any time.

 

5.3 The president of PENICO may at any time, terminate its legal agreement with you if:

(A) you have breached any provision of the Terms (or have acted in manner which clearly shows that you do not intend to, or are unable to comply with the provisions of the Terms); or

(B) The president of PENICO is required to do so by law (for example, where the provision of your access to PENICO to you is, or becomes, invalid by the Admin); or

 

5.4 Nothing in this section shall affect the President of PENICO's right regarding provision of access to PENICO under Section 3 of the Terms.

 

5.5 When these Terms come to an end, all of the legal rights, obligations and liabilities that you and PENICO have benefited from, been subject to (or which have accrued over time whilst the Terms have been in force) or which are expressed to continue indefinitely, shall be unaffected by this cessation, and the provisions of paragraph 7.4 shall continue to apply to such rights, obligations and liabilities indefinitely.

 

6. Changes to the Terms

 

6.1 The President of PENICO may make changes to the Terms from time to time. When these changes are made, the President of NCO will make a new copy of the Terms available in this forum topic.

 

6.2 You understand and agree that if you use the PENICO after the date on which the Terms have changed, PENICO will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

7. General legal terms

 

7.1 The Terms constitute the whole legal agreement between you and the President of PENICO and govern your use of the PENICO (but excluding any other access which PENICO may provide to you under a separate written agreement), and completely replace any prior agreements between you and the President of PENICO in relation to the PENICO.

 

7.2 You agree that the President of PENICO may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the Terms, by message or postings on the this forum topic.

 

7.3 If the Admin, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these Terms is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms without affecting the rest of the Terms. The remaining provisions of the Terms will continue to be valid and enforceable.

 

7.4 The Terms, and your relationship with the President of PENICO under the Terms, shall be governed by eRepublik law. You and the President of PENICO agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Admin to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms.

 

8. Presidency of PENICO

 

8.1 You acknowledge and agree that the Presidency of PENICO may change from time to time without prior notice to you.

 

8.2 The Presidency of PENICO change must be posted here by the President of PENICO and the new President must also agree with the Terms.

 

9. Management of the PENICO

 

The Terms in this section apply to all members of PENICO except to the President of PENICO.

You acknowledge and agree:

 

9.1 not to edit any profile information and details of any PENICO SO or Company.

 

9.2 not to sell or buy any company of PENICO.

 

9.3 not to withdraw or donate any fund or post/buy any monetary offers with any Simulated Organizations or Company of PENICO accounts.

 

9.4 not to sign any contract representing the PENICO.

 

9.5 not to write any article with any Newspaper in any PENICO SO.

 

9.6 to the SO erepublik rules:

not be hired (an employee);

not be a soldier;

not join any political party;

not vote in any elections;

 

9.7 not to buy any product expect for food for the PENICO.

 

9.8 not to acquire any license of exportation or quality.

 

9.9 not to create any company.

 

10. PENICO's Simulated Organizations and Companies

 

The complete list of Simulated Organizations and Companies hold by the PENICO shall be listed and updated in this Topic by the President of PENICO.

Malta eu estive um bocado ausente nos ultimos dias, e desde já as minhas descuplas.

 

O governo quer criar um SGPS que irá gerir as empresas do plano. O que significarem que a CMPT Gourmet e a Habitat deixaria de estar debaixo do nome da CMPT Holding. Eu continuaria a gerir a empresa mas esta irei para outra SO. Eu pessoalmente não concordo pois acho que já é um bocado extremo de mais as empresas do plano ficarem todas ao controlo da mesma SO. Mas lanço aqui este tema para debate, pois consoante a vossa opinião aderire-mos ou não.

Eu também não concordo com essa ideia. Da mesma forma que não concordo com os impostos exagerados propostos para as empresas fora do plano, se uma empresa não quer pertencer ao plano tudo bem, problema dela, não concordo com esse tipo de pressões.
