Not sure se é o tópico adequado, mas a polícia austríaca conseguiu deter 2 terroristas ligados ao ISIS que estavam a planear um ataque aos concertos da Taylor Swift cá em Viena. Entretanto, as 3 datas já foram canceladas (dia 8,9 e 10) porque há suspeitas de mais gajos à solta capazes de seguir com o plano.

Não tenho a certeza mas creio que a iniciativa já existia no sentido que as escolas - através de um programa geral do país - já forneciam refeições gratuitas, a preço reduzido e pagas integralmente consoante o caso. O que aconteceu ali é que passou a ser "gratuito" para toda a gente, reembolsando o estado de Minnesota as escolas com o diferencial que passou a existir. Acho que a verba andava à volta dos 100M.
