JMDS, olha vejo um erro grave na tua táctica, que é jogar em fora de jogos com jogadores muito lentos e difícil daí sofreres muitos golos talvez.

 

Sim sim, também, mas o problema embora passasse por ai, era mesmo os 2 laterais, nunca terminavam um jogo acima dos 5.90.

Fosse a ganhar fosse a perder... foram 2 más contratações...

Mas pronto, já passou, agora o que importa é o Braga, vamos tentar fazer uma boa época este ano, e tentar a Qualifiação pa Champions

Porque na realidade, não existe os nºs de atributos, e basicamente os observadores só se baseiam na visualização in loco dos jogadores, e criam um texto ou DVD para o treinador ler ou observar. Ou seja, o tal texto que existe no FM que o olheiro nos diz se tem qualidade ou não para a nossa equipa.

After my strange sack from Balestier, I continued to apply for several jobs, being laughed at by some clubs, getting interviews from some. In one strange occasion a club even first publicly announced that they laugh at my application, and then decided to interview me the next day. Maybe they wanted more fun on my expense...? Anyway they did not hire me, but Caldas did, so it was off to Portugal for me this time.

 

Caldas was at the 8th position out of ten when I took over, with 7 games out of 18 played before a split between two top teams and 8 bottom teams. We were in no way close to fight for top spots, but as it was the club's 100 year anniversary they very much wanted to be more competitive. Club had been predicted to be 2nd that season so the situation was annoying. Which is why it made me a bit surprised that they were happy with me after I had been able to drop us to last place with one game to go. Luckily we won that, so we entered the relegation group as 7th out of 8 remaining teams (the top two went to promotion playoffs). The points were halved, so it helped us and with some unexpected wins we made to 5th spot, only to fall back to 6th after last game. That meant we were clear from straight relegation but we were to play a relegation playoff. Board was happy enough to give me the same part-time contract, with the same whopping 300 €/w I had enjoyed before. They just wanted to cut away some of my wage budget, which already had been, let's put it as "extremely modest".

 

Relegation Playoff against Madalena was a thriller for the coaches: on the first leg they quickly got after 20 minutes to 2-0 lead, but somehow we were able to edge the game slowly and at the last minute bagged a 2 - 3 away win. So we only needed to draw or even minor defeat at home. So I was rather confident -until they got into 2-0 lead again: this time in 12 minutes. Luckily we also then got one goal quickly, giving us a shaky edge, which surprisingly held the rest of the game time. That was more due to their bad shots than our great ability, I think, but we still kept our nose above water at the end.

 

Personal: I was relieved to have narrowly escaped another job hunt period. We will lose a couple of players, but I have some developing youngsters, so I think we could do be in for a rather similar season next year. Much rests whether those young players develop fast and the injuries, as with no transfer budget and already overblown wage budget there is no reason to believe we can get anyone outside the club to join. Still we are going to vacation with rather positive feelings, all things considered.

O inicio agora na premier não foi facil, 1 vitória 2 empates e 1 derrota. Mas agora entramos nos trilhos e já chegamos aos lugares de promoção.

No fm passado com o welling subi até a à premier league, foi um save fantastico :D vou tentar repetir

Sobre o LLM, vou fazer uma pergunta que até pode ser noobiçe, mas por exemplo, dentro do LLM, posso contratar jogadores goste de ver a jogar, por exemplo contra mim, enviando os olheiros para fazer uma análise detalhada do bicho ? ;)

Costumo ir ver o percurso do dafuge nesse fórum. Acho que ele não joga em LLM mas sozinho conseguiu meter a Irlanda do Norte a dominar a Europa. O bmdds ia ter uma coisinha má. :mrgreen:

Eu gostava de perceber o que se passa com o meu FM. Já seleccionei quase todos os campeonatos, candidato-me a todos os clubes possíveis mas nem uma entrevista. Farto disto.

Bem, desisto de tentar LLM a começar desempregado. Há alguns dias que inicio vários saves e candidato-me a várias clubes. Tentei alguns saves, e no último escolhi todos os campeonatos: nada. Este bug era reconhecido nos anteriores patch, mas tendo eu o último não percebo.

Eu no meu coloquei neste caso apenas a Inglaterra, todas as divisões, meti férias e candidatar automático... Futebolista Amador, em Outubro recebi convite do AFC Telford.

Apesar de ser Benfiquista, este resultado encheu.me de orgulho. :handclap:

 

No primeiro confronto com 1 dos "grandes", ainda com uma equipa em construção, recorde-se que assumi o Braga com 18 jogadores no plantel, entre os quais os principais sairam, e consigo este fantástico resultado.

Sem dúvida um tónico para o resto da época e sem dúvida um energia e motivação extra para os jogos da EURO League que se avizinham...

OK, parece que este jogo contra o Benfica foi apenas um mimo de consolação para o que vinha a seguir.... Assim é muito complicado fazer algo.... Perdi mais 2 titulares frente ao Besiktas na EURO League, ao menos o resultado --> 0-0
